عقد مركز التدريب التابع للهيئة المصرية العامة للمواصفات والجودة بتنسيق مع المنظمة العربية للتنمية الصناعية والتقييس والتعدين، أعمال البرنامج التدريبي الخاص "بآلية تعديل حدود الكربون"CBAM ، عبر تقنية الاتصال عن بعد في الأيام التالية: 21 -23-28-30 يوليو و1 أغسطس 2024.
وشارك في البرنامج التدريبي الذي تم تأطيره من طرف الدكتور مصطفى الشربيني رئيس الكرسي العلمي للبصمة الكربونية والاستدامة بالألكسو - جامعة الدول العربية، كل من الدول العربية التالية: المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، المملكة العربية السعودية، جمهورية السودان، جمهورية الصومال الفيدرالية، جمهورية العراق، دولة فلسطين والجمهورية اليمنية.
كما تم خلال البرنامج تبادل المعرفة والتجارب حول التحديات التي يواجهها العالم في خضم التغيرات المناخية الكبيرة والتي أترت على الاقتصادات الدولية، بالإضافة إلى الكيفية اللازمة لحساب الانبعاثات الناتجة عن عمليات الإنتاج وطرق تقديم تقرير انبعاثات الكربون للمنتجات كثيفة الكربون وفقًا لنظام آلية ضبط حدود الكربون CBAM التابع لنظام الاتحاد الأوروبي.
