Cairo Arabic for Islamic Studies is proud to announce its first Winter School from January 19 till 30, 2020. [Voir le français ci-dessous…]

50 hours of intensive Arabic classes (5 hours daily) focused on reading Islamic texts: Qurʾānic commentaries, Prophet's Sīra, Ḥadīth, Fiqh, and Sufism (2 days for each topic).

Daily schedule as follows:
- 9‒11 am: grammar and vocabulary based on classical texts
- 11:30 am‒1:30 pm: content-based classes on the same texts
- 2:30‒3:30: lecture in Islamic sciences

Four levels: low intermediate, high intermediate, advanced, native speakers.
Pre-requisite: minimum 50 hours of Arabic classes.
Placement test on arrival.

Tuition and midday lunch: $315,-
Location: IDEO (the Dominican Institute in Cairo)

These fees do not cover hotel, dinner, transportation, … We can suggest hotels under request. El-Gaysh metro station is close to IDEO.

Break on Friday and Saturday.

Deadline for pre-registration: November 30.
Deadline for final registration (fees paid): December 7.

Cairo Arabic for Islamic Studies est heureux d'annoncer sa première école d'hiver du 19 au 30 janvier 2020.

50 heures de cours intensifs d'arabe (5 heures par jour) axés sur la lecture de textes islamiques : commentaires coraniques, vie du Prophète, Ḥadīth, Fiqh et soufisme (2 jours pour chaque sujet).

Horaire quotidien :
- 9h-11h : grammaire et vocabulaire basés sur des textes classiques
- 11h30-13h30 : cours basés sur le contenu des mêmes textes
- 14h30-15h30 : conférence sur les sciences islamiques

Quatre niveaux : intermédiaire bas, intermédiaire haut, avancé, langue maternelle.
Pré-requis : minimum 50 heures de cours d'arabe.
Test de niveau le premier jour.

Frais de scolarité et déjeuner : 315 $ (ou l'équivalent en euros)
Lieu : Idéo (Institut dominicain du Caire)

Ces frais ne couvrent pas l'hôtel, le dîner, le transport… Nous pouvons vous proposer une liste d'hôtels. La station de métro El-Gaysh est à proximité de l'Idéo.

Week-end le vendredi et le samedi.
