We are thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of the hands‑on training "The AI Educator's Toolkit: Transforming Your Teaching Practice", organized by the IIOE‑Egypt National Center.

يسر المركز المصري للمعهد الدولي للتعليم عن بعد (IIOE-Egypt)، بالتعاون مع المركز الدولي للابتكار في التعليم العالي التابع لليونسكو (UNESCO-ICHEI)، دعوة عضوات هيئة التدريس في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في جميع أنحاء مصر للمشاركة في مسابقة "هي تقود" (She Leads).

نبذة عن الجائزة: تهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تقدير وإلهام الأكاديميات وعضوات هيئة التدريس اللاتي يستخدمن بنشاط تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتكنولوجيا الرقمية لتعزيز الابتكار في مجالي التدريس والبحث العلمي.

شروط التقدم: المسابقة مفتوحة لجميع عضوات هيئة التدريس المنتسبات إلى الجامعات المصرية.

فئات التقديم:
1. فئة الابتكار في التدريس: تركز على تطبيقات التكنولوجيا في سيناريوهات التدريس وتصميم المناهج الدراسية.
2. فئة تمكين البحث العلمي: تركز على الاستفادة من أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمليات البحثية.

معايير التقييم: سيتم تقييم المشاريع بناءً على كيفية تطبيق التكنولوجيا، ووضوح الأهداف، وبيانات النتائج الملموسة، ومراعاة المنظور القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى قابلية المشروع للتوسع والتطبيق.

الجوائز والتكريم:
• الجائزة: 15,000 جنيه مصري + شهادة تقدير + هدايا لكل فئة.
• التكريم: سيتم الاعلان عن المشاركات الفائزة خلال الجلسة الخاصة بـ (IIOE Egypt) ضمن فعاليات المؤتمر الدولي السنوي لجامعة عين شمس لعام 2026.

IIOE-Egypt, in collaboration with UNESCO-ICHEI, is pleased to invite women faculty and staff from Higher Education institutions across Egypt to participate in the "She Leads" competition.

📰About the Award:
This initiative aims to acknowledge and inspire women educators actively utilizing Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies to promote innovation in teaching and research.

📍Eligibility:
Open to all female faculty and staff affiliated with an Egyptian University.

⚙️Submission Categories:
1-Teaching Innovation Category: Focusing on technology applications in teaching scenarios and curriculum design.
2-Research Empowerment Category: Focusing on the utilization of AI tools for research processes.

📋Evaluation Criteria:
Projects will be judged on technology application, clear objectives, outcome data, gender perspective, and potential for scaling.

🎁💰Award & Recognition:
Prize: 15,000 EGP + Certificate + Gifts per category.
