As we welcome Eid al-Adha 1447 AH, our hearts are filled with both gratitude and sorrow. While we celebrate this blessed occasion, we do not forget the pain and suffering endured by many of our brothers and sisters across the world — especially in Gaza, Palestine.

In these sacred days, we raise our hands in prayer for those who spend Eid amidst fear, loss, and hardship. May Allah grant them strength, protection, patience, and victory. May He shower His mercy upon the martyrs, heal the wounded, comfort the grieving, and bring peace and justice to the oppressed.

May this Eid remind us of unity, compassion, and our shared bond as one Ummah.

مع حلول عيد الأضحى المبارك لعام ١٤٤٧هـ، تستقبل قلوبنا هذه المناسبة المباركة بمشاعر تمتزج فيها الفرحة بالألم، والأمل بالحزن. ففي الوقت الذي يحتفل فيه المسلمون بالعيد، لا ننسى معاناة إخواننا وأخواتنا في أرجاء العالم، وعلى رأسهم أهلنا في غزة وفلسطين.

وفي هذه الأيام المباركة، نتضرع إلى الله بالدعاء بأن يحفظهم الله بعينه التي لا تنام، وأن يربط على قلوبهم، ويرحم شهداءهم، ويشفي جرحاهم، ويفرج كربهم، ويكتب لهم الأمن والنصر والفرج القريب.

نسأل الله أن يجعل هذا العيد عيد رحمة ووحدة ونصر للأمة الإسلامية، وأن يرزقنا جميعًا التراحم والتكاتف والثبات على الحق.

تود جمعية طلبة الفلبين بالقاهرة إبلاغ جميع أعضائها ومنسوبيها بأنه تم نقل مقرها الرئيسي رسميًا من مدينة الواحة بمدينة نصر إلى منطقة المعادي.

تم اتخاذ هذه الخطوة بظروف معينة، ولتسهيل وصول أعضائها ومنسوبيها إلى خدمات جمعية فيلساك.
موقع المقر الرئيسي الجديد المؤقت في شارع السلام بالقرب من حديقة بستان.

إثر تأمين الموارد والنفقات اللازمة، تخطط جمعية فيلساك للانتقال إلى وحدة أكبر وأكثر اتساعًا في منطقة المعادي لتلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة للمجتمع بشكل أفضل.

The Philippine Students' Association in Cairo (PHILSAC) would like to inform all members that its headquarters has officially been relocated from 𝘔𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘵 𝘈𝘭 𝘞𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘩, 𝘕𝘢𝘴𝘳 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘈𝘭 𝘔𝘢'𝘢𝘥𝘪.

This move was made due to certain circumstances and in order to make PHILSAC’s services more accessible to its members.

The new headquarters is temporarily located on Salam Street near Hadiqah Al Bustan.

Upon securing the required resources and expenses, PHILSAC plans to transfer to a larger and more spacious unit within the Maadi area to better serve the growing needs of the community.

بيان توضيحي صادر عن جمعية طلبة الفلبين بالقاهرة (PHILSAC)

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، وبعد:

حرصاً من جمعية طلبة الفلبين بالقاهرة على مبدأ الشفافية والوضوح أمام أعضائها وكافة المهتمين بأنشطة الجمعية، ونظراً لما تم تداوله من تساؤلات وتصورات غير دقيقة حول مشروع إفطار الصائم لشهر رمضان الماضي، نود إصدار هذا البيان التوضيحي.

تؤكد الجمعية أنها تقدمت بطلب دعم إلى الندوة العالمية للشباب الإسلامي (WAMY) لتنفيذ مشروع إفطار الصائم خلال شهر رمضان المبارك الماضي، وذلك في إطار جهودها المستمرة لخدمة الطلبة وتنظيم الأنشطة الخيرية والاجتماعية.

وبعد المتابعة مع الجهة المعنية، ورد للجمعية إشعار برفض الطلب وعدم الموافقة على التمويل لهذا المشروع في ذلك العام، وبالتالي لم يتم اعتماد أي ميزانية أو صرف أي مبلغ لصالح الجمعية فيما يتعلق بمشروع إفطار الصائم.

وعليه، فإن الجمعية تؤكد تأكيداً قاطعاً أنه لم يتم استلام أي مبالغ مالية من الندوة العالمية للشباب الإسلامي تخص هذا المشروع، ولم يُنفذ المشروع بسبب عدم توفر التمويل اللازم.

وإذ تأسف الجمعية لما نشأ من لبس أو سوء فهم لدى البعض، فإنها تشدد على أن جميع مسؤولي الجمعية يلتزمون بالأمانة والمسؤولية، وأن إدارة الموارد المالية تتم وفق الأطر النظامية والشفافة، بما يحفظ ثقة الأعضاء والجهات المتعاونة مع الجمعية.

وتدعو الجمعية الجميع إلى تحري الدقة واستقاء المعلومات من مصادرها الرسمية، وتؤكد أن أبوابها مفتوحة لأي استفسار أو توضيح يتعلق بأنشطتها وبرامجها.

نسأل الله أن يوفق الجميع لما فيه الخير، وأن يعيننا على خدمة الطلبة والقيام برسالتنا على الوجه الذي يرضيه.

When innocent lives are stolen, silence is complicity. The recent tragedy in Alas-as, Sinunuc is not just another headline—it is a direct assault on the moral fabric of our society.

As students of Al-Azhar from Zambasulu, we speak with clarity: the sanctity of life is non‑negotiable. Violence is never a solution; it is a betrayal of justice, mercy, and the values that sustain communities.

We stand firmly with the grieving families, demanding swift and fair accountability. Justice delayed is justice denied, and impunity cannot be tolerated.

Our generation must lead with resolve: reject lawlessness, nurture peace, and build communities where compassion triumphs over cruelty.

إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return.

Zambasulu Students Union in Cairo

On Wednesday, 22 April, the association paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Vice Consul of the Philippine Embassy in Cairo, Bryan Fernandez, where they were received by the Vice Consul himself and the Embassy’s Cultural Officer, Sohaila Alonto. The PHILSAC delegation was headed by its President, together with the officers of the association.

The visit focused on discussing PHILSAC’s upcoming programs and activities, strengthening coordination, and exploring opportunities for collaboration and partnership between the Embassy and the Filipino student community in Cairo.

PHILSAC expresses its sincere appreciation to the Philippine Embassy for the warm reception, valuable guidance, and openness to cooperation. We remain hopeful that this engagement will pave the way for sustained collaboration and future joint initiatives that will further support and uplift Filipino students in Egypt.

The ONLY authorized agencies and persons designated to release official announcements, procedures, and requirements are:
