Using some cups, plastic bottle caps, scattered pieces of CDs and pieces of egg cartons we practiced this recycling challenge in Manaret Heliopolis International School Camp.
The challenge was a great way to learn about the importance of recycling and to see how everyday materials can be reused in creative ways. It also taught us the importance of teamwork and communication.

That’s how we planted the natural grass in Manaret Heliopolis International School camp:
- First, we prepared the soil by removing any weeds or debris.
- Raking the soil smooth and level.
- Mixing the seeds with sand, and then with the compost.
- Distributing the mixture over the floor in a uniform layer and ensuring a flat and level surface.
- Watering the mix to be moist.
The experience was totally new to the students who participated in this activity.
We were humbled by the opportunity to leave a lasting green mark at Manaret Heliopolis International School.
