Hello guys,
How are you?
May you all be good?
Our topic of today is going to be about TIME MANAGEMENT.
So, i will begin with the DEFINITION of TIME MANAGEMENT.
It means the organization of tasks and activities to increase the efficiency of an individual or to maximize the efficiency of an individual's efforts especially the target of TIME MANAGEMENT is the ability of people to get more a better work in less time.
So, How to manage your time to get more done in less time with a better work ?!!
First to solve any problem ever you have to ask yourself first what is the problem ?
Second you should think How can you solve this problem ?
Third you can suggest or introduce the possible solutions to this problem.
You may ask why i am telling you this guys ... i will tell you.
Because may be your time is wasted you don't why. So, you should follow these steps to put your hand in the problem so it will be solved.
For Example if your time is wasted in holding your phone all the time or when you're studying, you are distracted by notification.
So, you can leave your phone away from you or you can ask your Dad or your Mom to take your phone from your for only a period of time not all the time until you have finished your work or your tasks or you can make your phone on airplane mode but if your study is dependent on your phone you can select the materials , PDFs , power point documents and so on that you will study and then you should make your phone on airplane mode to not get any notification.
So, what can we get from all of these words is that your first step to be able to manage your time is going to be preventing the destructions you have to avoid diffusion you should prevent anything interrupts you through studying you should focuse through studying. It was first.
Second you should set DEADLINES because if you didn't you won't end your tasks for sure you will procrastinate. So, the second step is that you have to set DEADLINES.
Third you can use pomodoro technique as you know your problem in studying in not in the studying itself but in begining. Yes your problem is to begin to study to get started ... so i recommend for you a way of study which is easy and enjoying which is pomodoro technique. This way states for that you can study 25 mintues and then take a break for 5 minutes you should repeat this step three times again it will be totally four times with 100 minutes studying then take a brwak for one hour it means that you studied without getting tired without having stress without feeling sad that you will study number of hours and so on. You can repeat this round one time again in your day and then don't study again that day.
Fourth you can use a mobile application as a reminder to remind you that you have to do the tasks today and to do a list of the tasks that you should end in the day.
Fifth you should ask someone to monitor you to oversee you to watch you if you have finished your tasks or not.
By the end of the talks i want to summarize what you should do to manage organize coordinate your time to get more done a better work in less time.
1. You should know what is the problem in wasting your time and think about the possible solutions and suggest to yourself what is the possible solutions to this problem.
2. Set DEADLINE to be able to end your tasks.
3. Use a mobile application to remimd you with your tasks and to do a list of your tasks.
4. You can use a pomodoro technique that i have clarified above.
5. Let someone monitor you to ask you if you have finished your tasks or not.

OTHER TIPS
You shouldn't add a photo to your resume but, if your employer requested that you can add and you shouldn't use an unsuitable picture in that case.
Don't write your hobbies or interests in your resume.
Don't mention your personal informationin your resume such as nationality, marital status and date of birth.
You shouldn't use this phrase (Reference available upon request).
You shouldn't LIE on your resume EVER.
You should send your resume in PDF format, not word or others.
You shouldn't write in your resume anything you haven't accomplished or anything you don't remember.
You shouldn't write CV or resume in your resume.
You shouldn't send an e-mail with an empty subject or body.......
You shouldn't use abbreviation in your resume or jargons.

ARRANGEMENT
To make youe resume attractive to the employer you should write the most significant section in the begining and then you can write the least ones.
Take care, the recruiter takes from three ti seven seconds to take the desecion..... if your resume will get accepted or not just ignore that.
For fresh grades (0-2 years of experience)
You have to arrange
your resume as follow:- Contact information then objective(optional), Education, Extracurricular activties and the last one is skills.
For professionals (3+ years of experience)
You should arrange your resume..... as follow:-Contact information, summary of qualification(optional), Experience, Education, professional organizatios, community Involvment(optional) and the last one is skills also.
For career changers or for career shifters: Contact information, Career profile, Experience, Education, Extracurricular activities and as usual the last one is skills as well.
As though, if you've taken new certifications which are related to the new job, you have to write Education before Experience.

FORMATING
The most significant item in the resume is to be easy to be read by the recipient and the format should be constant.
You have to use a standard resume formating ,but if you will apply for a job which needs artistic creativity , you may not use a standard one.
You might need to design a resume which is out of-the-box to exhibit your skills.
In your master resume you have to include any number of pages that you need as though, In your customized................... resume you have include two pages maximum without overcrowding.
Avoid narrow distance in the model page.
You have to write your name in the begining of resume with font size .14 Your name should be bolded also.
You have to write contact information with font size 12-13
You have to write the rest of your resume with font size 10-12
It should be written in professional and uniform way.
You have to use the right bold, margins, italic and underlines.
According to the font kind....... There are recommendations for you to make your resume obvious which are as follow:-
Ariel for headers with Arial narrow ........ for body.
Cambria for headers with calibri for body.
Helvetica Neue for headers and body.
Tahoma for headers and body.
Verdana for headers and body.
You shouldn't use more than two font kinds...... and colours.
You shouldn't make mistakes in spelling, grammer usage, word usage, punctuation and captilization.
Beginings...........should be listed in reverse chronological order (current to oldest) in each section.
Be sure that you have a consistent....... formating through the entire document.
If you will bold one title, you should bold the whole titles.

SKILLS
The seventh section in your resume is gonna be SKILLS.
By the way, the LAST section today is SKILLS ... may be you say FINALLY we reach here , but i wanna tell you this is not the LAST THING that i will tell you about resume ... So, WHAT ELSE ?!!
Let's go ahead ...
You can include ......... the SKILLS in a separate category.
You can include ....... language skills, computer skills and / or technical skills.
You can include ........ your proficiency in languages if you're fluent or proficienal or native.
You shouldn't include .......... Soft skills or personal skills such as communication skills or teamwork.
If you're from the students of computer science, you can mention in the last of your resume.
You can include ........ your proficient skills to the things that you're able to do which are far from Computer or Software or language skills coding languages or ......... hardware maintenance

COURSES
Now i will talk about the sixth section which is COURSES.
Didn't you ask yourself before about what you can write in this section?
AS USUAL I AM HERE to tell you about this section COURSES.
Actually there is no practical experience in this section which you listen and you don't do anything practical, for instance you're just setting in a lecture or may be in a class or may be in a session.
You should mention three items in the course section as follow:-
- First :- you have to mention course name.
- Second :- you have to mention the foundation that you've taken the course from and its place (location).
- Third :- you have to mention the end date of that course and you have to mention the number of hours which have been spent in that course.
You can use the same way to mention the online courses also and it should be relevant to the job that you will apply for.
You shouldn't mention ICDL or Software Courses or even English Courses , but you can mention these Courses in the section of Skills.
You name this section Courses and Workshops or even Workshops only and then you can include ....... the whole Workshops that you've attended that you've got experience from.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

(READ THIS PART CAREFULLY)
Have you heared before about the word EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES?
You may ASK what do you mean by these two words?
As usual i will say that I AM HERE to tell you what do these two words mean?
The fifth section of the resume today is going to be EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES mean any Volunteer work or student activity you've taken part in before you can include in this section whether is inside or outside your colleague whether is technical or whether isn't technical.
For fresh graduates this section is very significant as it demonstrates your work attitude and demonstrates also your skills.
You can write also any competition that you've participated in, but whether the competition is only one, you don't have to ppen a new section for competition.
You can only write on type of interests, sports or hobbies whether you've turned one of them into an achievement.
NOTE,
You should apply in the section of EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES all tge guidelines that mentioned before (on writing and formating)

EXPERIENCE
Hello,
Everythings are doing good?
Today I am going to speak about the fourth part of the resume which is EXPERIENCE.
When you're going to write the section of EXPERIENCE it comes to your mind that you'll write the headline of this section EXPERIENCE ... DEFINITELY NO, if you're still undergraduate? and you've just taken trainings or internships you can name this section TRAINING and INTERNSHIPS.
You can include also in this section extracurricular activities or volunteer work if any of them or all of them is related to which the job you will apply for.
The section of EXPERIENCE shpuld cover four items which are your job title, company name, location which is optional and date.
You can write the date as follow:-
NN/MMM or season.........But don't write days whether it was one-week training.
If your employers aren't well known, you can write one sentence description of them in a small font size and in italic...
You have to write the description under each job with the following features:-
1- Use action verbs to highlight the skills the information that you've acquired and use action verbs also to clarify what you've done in that training or in that job.
You have to be more specific about what you've exactly done in this section, don't use generic sentences. You should write all the achievements that you 've done in that job.
You have to use bullet points don't use a paragraph but maximum two lines per bullet points.
In the description you should present tense for current work and you should use past tense for previous work.
If you were recruited in multiple positions with the same employer, you shouldn't repeat the name of this employer for each position.
You should write the name of the employer name one time, under the name of the employer write the first position, the dates , and write three bullet points for the description.
Afterwards ... move to the second position.

EDUCATION
Hello,
How are you all?
What do you expect the third section of the resume?
The third part in the resume is EDUCATION?
What do you think you can write in this section?
You can write EDUCATION in this part as follow:-
Name of your school or name of your university and then year of graduation and then major and then minor if any.
You can also include these ways in writing your degree as follow:-
You can write your degree in this way "Master of Education" or you can use initials for example "ME"
You can use also points to detach initials "M.E."
..
You can write the name of your scope (major) for instance "ME in physics"
Your degree can easily be separated from your major with a comma "ME,physics"
You have to write your degree whether you are with the same way as mentioned before.
By the way, you can write the date of graduation of yours as follow:-
Expected Graduation + date
Anticipated + date
Expected + date
You have to write your overall grade if it is Good or higher it should be from 3.0 or higher except this ......... don't write your overall grade.
You can write courses which is related to the internship or job.
If you don't have much experience of internship or extracurricular activities and you can write the awards or honours if you have.
You can write your graduation project whether is related to the internship or the job as follow:- project name, if you were the leader your team which is in your graduation project, you can write your position or your role and the last one is a sentence which presents your accomplishments.
You shouldn't write your high school information except you were in a language school or you were in an international school or you were in an IG school or you were in an (American) school to demonstrate your language skills.
You shouldn't include your grade in high school if you've studied at faculties such as Medicine or Engineering or etc...

Today i am here to continue the rest of the sections of this part which is CV or resume writing which is the second part of CV or resume writing ...
What do you expect this part will be?!!
I am here to tell you that the second part which is gonna be the OBJECTIVE ... what is this OBJECTIVE?!!
Simply, OBJECTIVE means the goal it means what is your goal from being in X company for example?!! What is your goal to work in this place what ever this place?!!
Here there is a question which is WHAT YOU CAN WRITE IN THIS PART?!!
Focuse with me if it is a company, hospital, laboratory school pharmacy bank reaserch center any foundation any authority i will give you examples to write your objective to any job.
BUT, YOU SHOULDN'T COPY THEM OR COPY EXAMPLES OR SENTIMENTS FROM THE INTERNET DON'T WRITE THM LITERALLY
FOR EXAMPLE YOU CAN SAY that,
You want to get new knowledge, experience.
You are eager to help (company name) develop.
You want to use your communication skills in this job.
I found out that i have the ability to learn fastly.
I seek to use my talent in this scope.
I am looking for improving my expertise in this field.
I take on more responsibility as quickly as possible.
I enjoy being here.
I am expert and i have specific skill which will be beneficial to the company.
I acquired experience,skills and knowledge which will aid to achieve (name company)'s aims.
إزيكم عاملين إيه النهارد ة هكمل معاكم إستكمالاً لبقية الأقسام بتاعة جزء الCV والresume.
تتوقعوا إيه إسم الجزء اللي هتكلم عنه ... النهاردة أنا جاية أقول لكم الجزء الثاني من كتابة الCV أو الresume.
ألا وهو الobjective ده بكل بساطة معناه الهدف ياترى يا هل ترى إيه الفايدة من الobjective إنت إيه هدفك من الشغل في شركة س إيه هدفك من الشغل في المكان ده أياً كان إسم المكان.
طيب كلام جميل طيب تكتب إيه في الجزء ده.
إذا إنت مقدم في شركة مستشفى معمل صيدلية مدرسة بنك مركز بحثي أياً كانت المؤسسة أو الهيئلة تقدر تقول كلام زي الأمثلة اللي هعرضها بس بعد إذنك متأخدش الكلام كوبي لا مني ولا من الإنترنت أنا قصدي هنا الكلام اللي يخص الobjective.
على سبيل المثال
إنت عايز تاخد معلومات جديدة عايز تاخد خبرة جديدة شغوف إنك تساعد على تطور الشركة عايز تستخدم مهارات التواصل اللي عندك في هذا المجال إكتشفت إن عندك القدرة إنك تتعلم بسرعة بتسعى إنك تستخدم موهبتك في هذا المجال عايز أحسن خبرتي في هذا المجال بأدي مسؤليات أكتر بسرعة على أد ما أقدر ... بستمتع كوني هنا ... عندي معارة معينة هتبقى مفيدة للشركة ... إكتسبت خبرة ، مهارات ، معلومات هتساعد على تحقيق أهداف الشركة.
بس كدا النهاردةأتمنى إن الموضوع يكون نال إعجابكم ويزيد عندكم التوعية في طريقة صياغة الCV أو الresume.
