النهاردة حابين نشارك حاجة قريبة مننا…
في وسط كل المواسم والبدايات والتفاصيل اللي بتعدّي، بييجي وقت نحتاج فيه نقف شوية… نحس، ونفهم، ونعبّر.
في يوم الفن العالمي، بنفتكر إن الفن مش بس رسم أو غُنا…
الفن هو المساحة اللي بنقابل فيها نفسنا، بنفهم فيها اللي جوانا، وبنشاركها مع بعض.
وإحنا مؤمنين إن الفن مش حاجة منفصلة عن حياتنا…
هو موجود في كل حاجة في حياتنا - في تفاصيل خلق ربنا حوالينا - في الطبيعة - في الجمال البسيط، فينا إحنا كمان.
يمكن كل واحد فينا هو قطعة فن، بتتشكّل وبتتعبّر بطريقتها.
وأوقات بنرجع له علشان نقرّب من حاجة حاسين إنها ناقصة… أو تايهة شوية جوانا.
زي الربيع، كل حاجة بترجع تحيا تاني، بهدوء وبطريقتها. 🌿

Today, we’re sharing something close to our hearts.
In the midst of seasons, transitions, and everything in between, we all need a space to pause, feel, and express.
On World Art Day, we’re reminded that art is more than painting or music.
It is a space where we meet ourselves, understand what’s within, and share it with others.
We believe art is not separate from life.
It exists in everything around us - in Allah's creation, in nature , in simple beauty, and within ourselves.
Perhaps each of us is a piece of art, unfolding in its own way.
Sometimes, we return to art to reconnect with what feels missing.
Like spring, things come back to life quietly, in their own way.

في أكتوبر ٢٠٢٥، كان لقاؤنا في ملتقى "سِلمية" بالإسكندرية – كنج ماريوت –
ضمن ورشة "بيوت: في كل بيت حكاية صمود"،
ورشة صممتها و قدّمتها أسماء ، استكشفنا فيها معنى البيت كمساحة أمان، وذاكرة، وجذر، ومصدر للقوة.
تأملنا معًا كيف تتحول البيوت إلى حكايات صمود، وكيف يسكننا ما نسكنه،
وكيف يمكن أن نجد في داخلنا بيتًا يحتوينا مهما تغيّرت الأماكن. 🕊️

In October 2025, I facilitated the workshop “Homes: Every Home Holds a Story of Resilience”
as part of Silmeya Gathering in Alexandria – King Maryout.
Together, we explored the meaning of home as a space of safety, memory, and strength —
and how our stories of resilience turn every home into a living reflection of who we are. 🌿

فاكرين اليوم اللي كنا بنجهزله من بدري وأجلناه لظروف طارئة؟ خلاص قرب ✨
وعدد الأماكن المتاحة بقى قليل جدًا!

لو حاسس/ة إنك محتاج/ة تهدى شوية، تتواصل مع روحك، وتقضي يوم في حضن الطبيعة...
يبقى اليوم ده معمول ليك/ي💚

فكرة اليوم ده كانت بتزورنا من شهور، يمكن من سنة كمان، وكأنها كانت بتستنى ميعادها المناسب علشان تطلع للنور وانه احنا كمان نكون مستعدين لها .

اليوم ده عن علاقتنا بالأرض… وبذواتنا ،

بنحاول نرجع نعيد وصلنا أو حتي نزوده مع نفسنا ومع الأرض.

زي ما الأرض أوقات بتبور، أو حتي أوقات بتبقى محتاجة ترتاح، ولما بنرجعلها نبدأ نزرعها تاني، نرويها، نصالحها، ونحط نية جديدة في كل بذرة… كأننا بنرجع نبني علاقة معاها من الأول، بهدوء وحب .

كمان نفسنا كمان بتحتاج نفس المساحة من الرعاية والاهتمام … مساحة نسمع فيها صوتها، نرعاها، نروّيها من تاني.

من حكمة البذور والأرض، لجمال أرواحنا اللي محتاجة تتحب ونديها مساحة ونتعرف عليها من جديد كل يوم .

حنقضي سوا يوم مليان راحة ودفا وتأملات، غنا، حكي، زراعة، ومساحات نتعرف فيها على نفسنا أكتر ونرجّع الوصل بينا وبين الأرض في مكان ملهم جدا .
