S: Why is this called the school of ascension?
F: The Earth is like a school for souls. You can complete the
grade, some people skip a grade, but the way it’s set up is unless
you learn your lessons you just keep repeating them. You have to
move up the ladder to graduate, to ascend. So, you have to become
a more enlightened being to move up to the fifth dimension, sixth
dimension, etc. You have to be pure in understanding. Earth is
where you come to learn all that, because when you start out, you’re
just a blank slate. You’re actually pure light when you get here. And
then Earth takes ahold of you and throws everything at you from
colds to bullies, to bills… everything and the whole trick is to keep
that innocence and the light lit the whole time.
S: How do you do that?F: It’s very simple. Have compassion and do what you love to do.
And if you keep doing that every day you will move up, and there are
a lot of people that have moved up, and gone on, and graduated this
school. After which, a lot of them come back.
S: Tell me more about that?
F: Deity level beings from stories of old, still come down into a
physical form here and forget everything. This is really strange, but
there is someone, or what feels like a being, who wishes to speak, to
share more information. Information about the Sphinx?
S: A being wants to share information about the Sphinx? What
does this being wish to say?
F: (Laugh) It just says it will answer your questions now.
S: What do you want to tell me about the Sphinx?
F: Do you have questions for us?
S: Yes. Ok, I have several questions. Are there holes within the
Sphinx, and, if so, what are they used for?
F: There are several holes within the Sphinx that have to do with
the stars and the absorption of the energy from the sun. The light
can enter inside through these holes and is able to create energy
and vortexes. They are used for energy and power and were
designed by your ancestors, your star friends and family. There are
codes through vibration, information, and messages within the
Sphinx. There are crystals inside as well.
S: Why are there crystals within the Sphinx?
F: They are set up in the form of a grid from the very earliest times
during Atlantis when they were hidden there. This grid is for
communication and holding information.
S: So, the holes within the Sphinx have to do with the stars, light
and create energy and vortexes?
F: Yes, just like electricity creates power; they create power that
can be tapped into.
S: How do you tap into this power?
F: Through the right information, the right circumstances, and with
an alignment of solar systems. A human being that would be able to
tap into this would need some instruction and information that is
located within the Sphinx.
S: How can a person find this and use this?
F: We believe, to answer the question in the way that you are
wanting the answer, that this has to do with the timing, the alignment,
and to be able to tap into this energy information. For the instruction
does not come through a specific manual but it is held within the
vibrations of the crystals, the information that is there. Some of this
will be released as we go forward.
S: When do you mean?
F: As the planet goes forward there will be some recognition of
your history, the history you have been taught compared to the
history that is your truth. And as that is discovered new vortexes will
open that give access to technology and information that is
connected to our true past and projects, which in turn will create your
new future.
S: This will happen once humans understand true history? How
will they understand true history; what will happen for this history to
come out?
F: There is a maturity that is taking place through the collective on
Earth, and as people develop their ability to communicate with those
that are not known to be on Earth, then through them this information
will become known.
S: How will it become known? Will humans spread this information
and share it? Or will beings share this?
F: There will be beings that will communicate with those on Earth.
It will appear to many to look like rumor, it will start out as rumor. It
will start out as unsure. We see that there may be some false starts
where some things are created that are not actually true, and behind
that the truth will be released. We see this as being complementary
to the change in government systems on Earth. And we do see that
the Sphinx will have accessible parts that were not seen as
accessible before at this time.
S: What parts will be accessible?
F: Entrances. One is at the back; one is at the foot.
S: What will happen when a person enters the Sphinx?
F: When humanity has reached a level of existence where this is
possible, it would still depend on the person and the vibration that
the person exists within. A person of a vibration that aligns with the
Sphinx would find themselves in an environment where they can
charge themselves, one that will allow them to connect to other
locations and has the potential to transport consciousness.
S: Could you tell me more about that?
F: There are many different things that people have learned such
as connecting their crystals to copper or connecting portals to energy
to create gateways on Earth. We see that within the Sphinx is a
contained gateway. The Sphinx is from your star ancestors and star
family. It is created like a temple, like a place to come together to be
able to have a concentrated amount of energy so that one may
transport themselves to different locations.
S: Why was the face changed from the face of a jungle cat to one
of a pharaoh?
F: This was a discrepancy of power. This was a time when man
was starting to take ownership of power in a different way. We would
know this as the suppression of the feminine. This was when the
human started to separate more from the source, and within that
there was treason. There was backstabbing, a need to take control
of others. A feeling of I will be the leader, you will follow. This is what
has led to thousands of years of, what some call, the Piscean age of
power and greed. This is what our world has known in the third
dimension, a world of corporations and climbing the corporate
ladder. And so, as there are many symbols in the world, this began
as a symbol. This was putting the face of the man that considered
himself the leader, the face of the corporation, not the face of the
originator.
S: How did they put this face on the Sphinx?
F: There was technology that they had from an earlier time and
that technology was given to them.
S: Was there a second Sphinx?
F: Yes, the feminine version of the Sphinx is buried and in pieces
now, but it is located close to the original one. The masculine and
feminine have always been the polarity that created balance. The
feminine will rise, is rising. The feminine that some consider
crumbled may not be physically what we can see with our eyes at
this time, but as the feminine rises on Earth, these pieces of the
feminine version of the second Sphinx will rise from the ground.
S: Will people be aware of the second Sphinx when this rising
occurs?
F: Very much so. The feminine has always been there. She has
always been a quiet and silent partner, but now she roars.
S: Why are there underground tunnels under the Sphinx?
F: We see them as connectors that allow one to travel from one
place to another, but there are also many dead ends.
S: Why are there dead ends?
F: To confuse the wrong people from entering and to throw off
anyone that shouldn’t be there. There are some items that are
protected. Some of them are red crystals, but the items are very
powerful and so must be hidden at this time.
S: What is written on the Sphinx?
F: The story of two beings.
S: Who put this story there?
F: The ancestors.
S: What is the message that this story tells?
F: It is the foretelling of what is ahead, of what will come back, of
how it is our destiny to seed this planet. It is the story of eternal life,
revival and cycles. The story is actually meant to protect this
information from the wrong hands. This story carries information
about history in its true form.
S: What kind of history?
F: Creation. The origin of Earth. Earth is a planet that was created
with help from beings of the stars. There are many that are not
prepared to hear this.
S: Why?
F: The truth will scare many because it will be so contrasting to
what they have believed. Some it will excite, and this is some of the
truth that we speak of that will come across as a rumor before it is
known as truth.
S: Is there anything else you would like humanity to understand
now?
F: The Universes, the Creator, all beings in existence, they are
from one source.
S: Tell me more.
F: We see this as a cell. There is one huge cell, which is a
Universe, with many Universes within. There are what we would call
Gods, Goddesses, and many Earths. All of these come from the
same place, the same source.
S: Tell me more.
F: This is not the first Earth, and soon humans will understand that
the hidden cities that are under the sea, the lost cities, are not fairy
tales.
S: I wrote about that in my previous book.
F: Yes, you are able to tap into this information, and there are
many versions of your books, and although this version of this book
is being written now, it has had to be changed slightly based on what
is necessary for all those on Earth to hear at this time.
S: Is there anything else that you would like humans to hear at this
time?
F: Yes. Have no fear, there are still steps to be walked through that
may create fear. There is an eternal world that does not run by a
clock that is working its way into this new reality. This world was
predicted many times to come to an end. And we say this world is
coming to an end as we know it, but we are birthing a new World.
And like labor when a child is born, the female will go through laborF: It’s very simple. Have compassion and do what you love to do.
And if you keep doing that every day you will move up, and there are
a lot of people that have moved up, and gone on, and graduated this
school. After which, a lot of them come back.
S: Tell me more about that?

many versions of your books, and although this version of this book

S: Is there anything else that you would like humans to hear at this
time?
F: Yes. Have no fear, there are still steps to be walked through that
may create fear. There is an eternal world that does not run by a
clock that is working its way into this new reality. This world was
predicted many times to come to an end. And we say this world is
coming to an end as we know it, but we are birthing a new World.

world. And although those labor pains are uncomfortable, we don’t
know how long it will go, we don’t know how long the labor will be,
but we know it will come to an end soon. We know that it won’t go on
this way forever. And when it comes, and that child enters the world,
there is a sense of euphoria and a sense of excitement and a looking
back at all we have been through. And so, we say as this new World
is being birthed, to hold on tight, for we are almost there.
S: Was sound used in the Sphinx?
F: Yes. Sound frequency and light is the carrier of information.
There are codes that carry information back and forth from one’s
family in the stars to those on Earth. These messages carry
frequencies for healing, for wisdom, for expansion of understanding,
for mystical teaching and many purposes.
S: What happened to the Sphinx during the Ice Age?
F: We see it as being buried; we see it as having corrosion around
it. It was covered in sand. But the power has always been there, and
the power of the Sphinx has never been lost.
S: Why is there sand in Egypt?
F: There was once water, and many went to higher ground
because that area where the Sphinx is located was once under
water at one time. The pyramids were created many thousands of
years after the Sphinx and are connected and can work individually
as well as work together. They also can work with other elements
around the world. There are other structures that have this same
sacred power that can light up a grid on the Earth creating a gateway
for travel.
S: What do you mean by a gateway for travel exactly?
F: We think the best way to explain it is like creating a highway
that travels through dimensions, a pathway.
S: Is the information that I have so far for this book correct? Or is
there anything that I need to change?
F: Since it has been a collective effort to get this information out,
we would say that this is what we have wanted. More will be
released in time. There are teachings of how we structure our reality.
S: How do we structure our reality?
F: Through the power of the mind using vibration and energy,
through connection of the third eye and the pineal gland and
connecting eye to eye between people. How this was done, how the
buildings were able to connect from point to point is representative of
the human body and how it connects from point to point. The top of
the pyramid is the top of the crown, the pineal gland. That connects
from point to point, from being to being. This creates a sacred
energy which can manifest, can move, can bring forward objects
buried in the ground. We can see things moving when they connect
into this energy grid. We can see things coming up from the sand,
coming to light. We can see large objects moving. We can see
things begin that the human body can’t do without the power of the
mind.
S: Tell me more.
F: This type of power allows humans to be able to defy gravity, not
only with their own weight, but with objects that would be impossible
for their mass to move or lift.
S: What can a human do with this information?
F: When that power is directed, when it is connected in with one,
with two with three beings much can be accomplished. They can
build realities from within themselves.
S: So, cocreation is important?
F: Yes. Build within yourself. Raise the strength of your focused
intention and frequency within yourself. And learn to sit and connect
in with others. Focus together. Many beings will have different
attributes or qualities that may differ from one another, but when
coming together it is like a recipe. When it works together it makes
the perfect meal, the perfect baked good.
S: Tell me more.
F: With focused belief and with power, many can come together
and create great change, create movement, move mountains. And
we mean that on literal terms. It is the intention of the new World.
S: Are there any other secrets within the Sphinx?
F: There is more than one level to it. There are lower chambers
within, almost like quarters of rest, temples, places of prayer.
S: What are the purposes of those different levels?
F: The were used for healing.
S: Do you have to go inside the Sphinx to experience the healing?
F: A human can tap into this through belief or visualization. We
see many standing around the Sphinx holding hands. But the
healing would depend on their individual frequencies. So, they would
have to match to this healing frequency.
S: Is there anything else that you would like to share?
F: There are scrolls within the Sphinx, containers of information
that have been placed there until the time comes when they will be
used. They are instructions, but they would not be understood at this
time. They are light codes. At one point they were placed there in
case the plan did not get carried out. The scrolls are not as important
now because the Earth is ascending. So, there is no worry for failure.
We didn’t know this at the time when we placed these light codes
within these scrolls. The light codes were also left in different spots
on the Earth that are a part of the grid. It was part of the overall plan
to help humanity to ascend. However, they have already done their
job because the Earth is ascending. It is happening. The Sphinx was
used to create a higher frequency because of the formation of the
geometry on the surface of the Earth where it is placed. It creates a
direct channel to the center of the Earth as well and elevates the
frequency. It is designed to draw out and bring in light to the Earth.
There is a pyramid shape and labyrinth under the Sphinx.
