Today our Auditing 2 module students led by Dr Dina Hassouna were celebrated at the PwC Certificate & Trophy Ceremony — a true milestone moment. Prof. Mohamed Rashwan and our Accounting Specialization team headed by Dr. Amani Hussien joined to honor every student who showed up, stepped up, and gave their best in the PwC Audit Simulation Competition.
Every participant received a PwC certificate of attendance, and the energy peaked as we awarded PwC trophies to our top 3 performers: Ahmed Bahaa, Youssef Ayman, and Sara Wagdy. Proud doesn’t even cover it , you made BUE shine! 💼🔥
A huge thank you to Senior Associate Malak Radwan and Senior Associate Ahmed Gindy from PwC for their time and insights, and to our amazing BUE alumna Gloria Meguerdichian, Associate at PwC, for coming back home to inspire the next generation. Seeing Gloria on the other side of the table was a full-circle moment for all of us.
This ceremony proves it: hands-on learning + industry partnership = confident, career-ready auditors. The Business Department at BUE is just getting started with these wins.

Following up on a successful and enriching International Staff Mobility Week at the University of Economics in Katowice in Katowice, Poland.
Dr. Rehab Rabie, Dr. Engy Elhawary, Dr. Israa Lewaa, along with our assistant lecturers from the Business Department at The British University in Egypt participated in the Staff Mobility Exchange International Week, which brought together academic staff members from diverse international institutions to exchange perspectives, research insights, and best practices in higher education.
As part of the week’s academic activities, a conference seminar was held where participants presented research and engaged in discussions surrounding contemporary developments in higher education.
During the seminar, Dr. Rehab Rabie presented a paper titled “The Impact of AI on Teaching in Higher Education: Practical Applications and Challenges,” highlighting key opportunities and emerging challenges associated with the integration of artificial intelligence within academic environments.
The highlight of the week was our staff members receiving certificates from the Rector of the University of Economics in Katowice in recognition of their participation and contribution to this international academic exchange initiative.

Proud moment for our students at the Zilla Valuation Challenge Finals.
After weeks of intensive valuation work, financial modeling, presentations, and Q&A sessions, our students delivered exceptional performances that truly reflected their dedication, analytical capabilities, and professionalism.
We are especially proud to share that several students were offered a total of 5 internship opportunities in recognition of their outstanding performance during the challenge. This achievement stands as a testament to the quality of work, teamwork, and presentation skills demonstrated throughout the competition.

Researchers, practitioners, and postgraduate students are invited to submit 300-word abstracts for The 3rd Annual International Conference of Business Administration, Economics, and Politics (BEP-ME 2026) at the British University in Egypt on 28 November 2026.
Submissions can align with the main tracks—Digitalisation, Economic Resilience, and Geopolitics—but are not limited to these areas, with interdisciplinary topics highly encouraged. A dedicated postgraduate track is also available, welcoming submissions on related and broader topics.

Our third session of the PRME Africa Entrepreneurship Competition: Capacity-Building Programme delivered insightful and practical learning experiences for our participants—reflecting our commitment to empowering minds and leading the future. The session on market analysis was presented by Dr Christine Habib, offering participants a deeper understanding of how to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and build informed strategies.
The second part of the session focused on developing impactful products and services, led by Dr Dalia Ragaa and Dr Doaa Ayoub. Their session guided participants on transforming ideas into meaningful offerings that respond to real market needs.

From advanced concepts to measurable industry impact!
The MBA Programme at the Faculty of BAEPS is committed to advancing postgraduate education through applied learning, industry engagement, and career-focused skill development. As part of this mission, the Integrated Marketing Communications Module Leader, Dr. May Fahmy gave the MBA Marketing students an opportunity to work on a rea-life campaign and then scheduled a meeting at L’Oréal Hub, where the students pitched their creative concepts to L’Oréal team
During this engagement, our MBA Marketing students collaborated directly with industry leaders, including Mr. Ramiz Mohy, Head of Digital Marketing at L’Oréal, presenting strategically developed integrated marketing communications campaigns in a real-world business environment. This opportunity enabled students to refine high-level analytical, strategic, and presentation skills essential for senior professional roles.
More than a presentation, this experience served as a platform for professional growth, critical thinking, and industry alignment. It reinforced our commitment to bridging academic excellence with practical expertise, equipping our postgraduate students with the competencies and confidence required to accelerate their careers and lead in the marketing field.
