🚀 As part of the 16th International Congress on Electrical Engineering (ICEENG 2026), held at the Military Technical College, three distinguished panel sessions sponsored by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Egypt Chapter brought together leading experts from academia and industry to discuss innovation, research, and emerging technologies shaping the future.

🏭 The congress hosted the Industrial Panel Session titled “From Research to Real Impact: Academia–Industry Synergy in Industry 5.0”, which focused on strengthening collaboration between research institutions and industrial sectors. The panel featured distinguished speakers from academia and industry who shared valuable insights on bridging the gap between research outcomes and real-world industrial applications. The session concluded with recommendations to enhance academia–industry partnerships and support collaborative initiatives that generate meaningful societal and economic impact.

🎓 The Student Activity Committee (SAC) Panel Session, titled “Empowering the Next Generation of Innovators and Researchers,” highlighted the role of scientific research and publication in advancing engineering careers, fostering innovation, and increasing opportunities for professional and academic growth. The discussion also emphasized the importance of industry engagement in supporting research activities and empowering young researchers.

🩺 The Healthcare Panel Session, titled “From Intelligence to Impact: How Computational Intelligence and AI are Transforming Healthcare,” explored the transformative role of Computational Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence in healthcare. Discussions covered intelligent diagnosis, predictive analytics, medical image analysis, smart monitoring, and enhanced clinical decision-making, while highlighting future opportunities and challenges in AI-driven healthcare systems.
