🎊Celebrating a healthy pregnancy🎊
During the few past months, I realised how important being an athlete is!
I'm very thankful that doing Pilates before and during pregnancy was so beneficial for my body, physically and mentally. It made my pregnancy go smooth thank God.
I also felt it in my recovery after delivery, and still feeling it in my postnatal journey.
I now believe in Pilates' power more and encourage everyone to always be doing any kind of sports.

Stay tuned for some exercises I shot during my pregnancy 💪

💫PILATES BACK WORKOUT💫

1️⃣Chest lift
2️⃣Hundreds
3️⃣Chest lift and leg raise
4️⃣Chest rotation holding legs up
5️⃣Legs beat and arms pump

👉Keep your navel pulled in, tucking the tailbone and engaging the glutes
👉Keep the neck long with the spine
👉Elongate the spine up and to the front
👉If it's too much on your back, choose either the lower or the upper body workout
👉If your neck hurts you can do the exercise without weights

💢Do every exercise from 6 to 10 times
💢The last exercise is fun and challenging your coordination, let me know if you were able to do it right😉
