Ingredients: You need1- 675 peeled potatoes 2- 2- 75 g cheese3- 3- 25g butter4- 4- 8 small tomatoes5- 5- 1/4 teaspoon bl...

Ingredients: You need
1- 675 peeled potatoes
2- 2- 75 g cheese
3- 3- 25g butter
4- 4- 8 small tomatoes
5- 5- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6- 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped parsley

Instructions:
1- Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes
2- Drain the potatoes
3- Mash the potatoes with the butter and black pepper
4- Stir in 50g of the cheese. Leave it cool
5- Shape the potatoes mixture into 8 small nests
6- Put them on an oiled baking tray
7- Chop the tomatoes
8- Put some Chopped tomato on each potato nest
9- Sprinkle with Parsley and cheese
10- Cook under a medium grill for 8to 10 minutes. Serve immediately
