Bridge: is a Learning and Development Organization, aiming towards providing effective soft skills, Business, and Leadership workshops. Our idea is built on bridging the gap between academic knowledge, and practical on the job experience. This essential building block helps us to provide an enhanced learning experience to our participants who could go back to their jobs and apply what they learnt.

We strive to create a positive learning environment, aided with creativity, and fun. Our team of experienced facilitators who come from different industries, are equipped with necessary work experience in their fields of work, in addition to academic degrees, which gives our participants a full learning, and practical experience.

Internship Announcement - "Bridge"
We're willing to have 2 volunteers for 2 months to join as as customer service representative.

Responsibilities:

Arranging courses schedules
Following up with attendees
Reply to our clients inquiries
updating our clients with our new courses & services
Maintaining & updating clients' database
Following up on the preparations of courses
Following up on the training rooms arrangements
Continuously checking customers feedbacks & satisfaction levels

Qualification:

Excellent command of English is a must
Excellent command of French is an assist
Representable
Undergraduates are eligible to apply
Flexibility to work on weekends
Flexibility to work night shifts during the courses sessions
Candidates with civil work background are preferable
