فى العدوى الشديدة
Otitis media, sinusitis, lower respiratory tract infections, and severe :( infections :'( 45 mg/kg/day every 12 hours

لو العدوى اقل شدة
severe infections :) 25 mg/kg/day every 12 hours
:) 20mg/kg/day every 8 hours
otitis media :( عدوى الاذن الحادة
:( :( نحسب الجرعة فى اليوم ثم نقسمها على 2 لانه كل 12 ساعة
80-90mg/kg/day 📩 divided every 12hr for 10 days
