Orient Group is looking for highly motivated "logistics specialist " as below details
 Implement the shipping plan on a daily basis and Handle export shipments from bookings to billing until completion
 Handle shipments with customs clearance and transport contractors.
 Follow-up e-mails with the shipping line and agents.
 Track shipments to ensure that they are delivered on time and in the right condition.
 Prepare and file export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations
Job Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent
 2-3 years of experience in export operations
 Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
 Solid knowledge and experience in transportation, export regulations, international trade, shipping incoterms, bookings procedures with all the shipping lines and customs procedures
 Strong communication and negotiation skills
 Excellent computer skills and command of Microsoft Office
