Goals :

1. Fixing demand and supply mismatch in the job market through:
a) Raising Y outh employability skills and readiness for the job market
b) Providing an enhanced concept of vocational trainings in several sectors
c) Creating awareness of the increased demand of current open sectors
d) Club SMEs to increase investment in vocational and skills training

2. Local Societal Impact:
The program aims to address a key issue in the local society where education and employability is one problem that's affecting local development of society and youth.

3. Fostering Networks:
Incubate the concept of CS R initiatives into corporate strategies and mindset through fostering partnerships with key role players in society (Companies, youth leaders, NGOs) to scale up the impact of CSR

4. Encouraging Youth Initiatives:
The project is a platform for youth to showcase their abilities and awareness of their social responsibility, while increasing their knowledge of the local market and key development issues facing the society.

Applicants Role:
------------------

Applicants are required to deliver a solution to a current Market case study affecting a company, where each individual or team works on a different market case study from a different sector through a defined period and present his output to the equivalent company. They will be able to do that by going through two phases:
PHASE ONE: Skills Development
Consisting of learning circles given general coaching on employability and job market skills consisting of a series of sessions and workshops given by different specialized institutes. PHASE TWO: Career Awareness
This Stage highlights on making you find opportunities in new areas and in new fields and creating a more diverse mindset of the possible opportunities that universities and local markets offer. Applicants will then be ready to enter:
One-Day Event THINK TANK
Several Small and Medium Enterprises and Large corporate present different actual case studies in managerial fields to corresponding learning circles to start developing solutions, and get youth more aware of the mindset of the job-Market (Simulation for Phase Three)

So What's next? Now it is time for the selection phase for the equipped applicants who have proven to be qualified in the previous project's phases to get a taste of the real market world through out phase three. PHASE THREE: Career Development
This is competition stage for each team consisting of number of applicants to work on actual case study provided by a large
corporations or Small and Medium Enterprises.
