حرصاً منا على صحة وسلامة أطفالنا الأعزاء، نود إحاطتكم علماً بأن تطعيم الحصبة سيتم إعطاؤه للأطفال داخل مقر الحضانة، وذلك في يوم الأول من الشهر (10).
يرجي التكرم بمراعاة الآتي:
تأكيد الموافقة: على كل أم موافقة على تطعيم طفلها سرعة إرسال رسالة تفيد بالموافقة علي جروب واتس اب الخاص بالحصانة ، حتى يتسنى لنا حصر الأعداد وإرسال الأسماء إلى وزارة الصحة في الموعد المحدد.
فئة المستبعدين: يرجى العلم أن أطفال مرحلة (بعد المدارس / After School) لا يتم تطعيمهم داخل الحضانة.
نشكر حسن تعاونكم ودعمكم المستمر لنا لصحة أطفالنا.
