A Story of Repeated Bearing Failure in a Filling Machine

واجهنا تحديًا كبيرًا في إحدى ماكينات التعبئة الأساسية التي يعتمد عليها خط الإنتاج. المشكلة كانت في تلف متكرر لرولمان البلي بمحور دوران وحدة تقفيل العلبة.
We faced a significant challenge in one of the core filling machines in our production line due to repeated failure of the ball bearing in the rotation axis of the sealing unit.

المشكلة: عطل متكرر وغير مبرر

The Problem: Repeated and Unexplained Failure

كان الرولمان يتلف كل شهر تقريبًا، مما يؤدي إلى توقف الإنتاج لساعات وزيادة تكاليف الصيانة وشراء قطع الغيار.
The bearing would fail almost monthly, causing prolonged production delays and increased costs for maintenance and parts.

Our Initial Attempts to Solve the Issue

قمنا بتغيير الرولمان باستخدام أنواع عالية الجودة، لكن المشكلة استمرت. أدركنا لاحقًا أن هناك عوامل أخرى تسبب التلف غير واضحة.
We replaced the bearing with high-quality types, but the issue persisted, leading us to suspect hidden causes.

الفحص الشامل والكشف عن السبب الحقيقي

Comprehensive Inspection and Identifying the Root Cause

أجرى فريق الصيانة فحصًا دقيقًا للماكينة ودرس سلوك المحور أثناء التشغيل. بعد أيام من التحليل، اكتشفنا أن السبب الرئيسي كان انحرافًا طفيفًا في المحور بسبب تآكل غير ظاهر في قاعدة التثبيت، مما أدى إلى تحميل غير متوازن على الرولمان. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان التشحيم المستخدم غير مناسب لظروف التشغيل.
The team conducted detailed inspections and found that a slight misalignment in the axis, due to undetected wear in the mounting base, caused uneven loading on the bearing. Furthermore, the lubricant was unsuitable for the operating conditions.

Implementing a Comprehensive Solution

1. ضبط المحور باستخدام أجهزة دقيقة لضمان الاستقامة.
Realigned the axis with high-precision equipment.

2. استبدال قاعدة التثبيت بقاعدة متينة جديدة.
Replaced the worn mounting base with a durable one.

3. استخدام تشحيم مقاوم للحرارة والضغط، مع جدول صيانة دوري.
Used a heat-resistant lubricant and implemented a maintenance schedule.

النتيجة

The Outcome

استمرت الماكينة بالعمل بكفاءة لأكثر من عام دون أعطال، مما وفر الوقت والتكاليف.
The machine operated efficiently for over a year without breakdowns, saving time and costs.
