قد أرى رد فعل السوق البحري من جهة أخرى .... إن عدم التدريب الجيد و التهاون في الحصول على شهادات دون الحصول على التدريب و التعليم الكافي لا يؤثر على حضرتك فقط .... إنه يسيء لكل العاملين بالمجال البحري المصري ...
و أن كان الاستسهال مقبول نظرا" للظروف المادية في الشهادات المكررة و الي تستلزم تجديد ..... أراه خطير في الشهادات النوعية و المتخصصة و التي يتم تقييمك من العميل أو الجهة التي تعمل بها .....
للأسف قلة جودة التعليم في مرافق كثيرة نظرا" لرغبة استقطاب المتدربين حتى أن الدورة المتخصصة تتم في يوم أو يومين فقط دون تدريب فعلي على أنظمة المحاكاة و التدريب على سناريو تدريبي فعلي للحصول على قيم الدورات ....
استفيد بما تدفعه و خد معلومة تحافظ بها على صورتك و صورة الزملاء و صورة الكيان البحري المصري .... إن التقييم يكون بشكل جماعي ..... بلاش استسهال في شهادات متخصصة حرجة .....الأكاديمية بمرافقها البحرية الأكثر اعتمادية و ثقة و حفاظ على جودة التعليم ليست دعايا أنها حقيقة رد فعل السوق البحري .....
