Meet the new Silsilah Dance Programme Participants | Selection Audition Results

Along the past three days we were glad to meet the candidates for the sixth edition of Silsilah Dance Programme. This year we received 64 applicants who were all very enthusiastic and energetic all along the selection process. After the first, second, and final auditions, as well as personal encounters, we have reached our final selection of 17 new participants who we welcome for this year in Centre Rézodanse Egypte to be a part of the Silsilah Community.

Congratulations for the selected candidates, and best of luck in your journey throughout the programme. And for those who were not lucky this year, thank you so much for your great effort all along the past three days, choosing among you was very difficult, and we will be glad to see you in other opportunities next year.

على مدار الأيام الثلاثة الماضية، أسعدنا ان نقابل المتقدمين للنسخة السادسة من برنامج سلسلة للرقص. استقبلنا هذا العام 64 متقد كانوا فى غاية الحماسة و النشاط على مدار عملية الإختيار. بعد التجارب الأولى و التجارب الثانية و التجارب النهائية، و كذلك بعد المقابلات الشخصية، رسا الإختيار النهائى على 17 متقدم نرحب بهم هذا العام فى مركز ريزودانس مصر ليكونوا جزءا من مجتمع سلسلة.

تهانينا للمجموعة التى وقع عليها الإختيار، و نتمنى لهم وافر الحظ فى رحلتهم خلال البرنامج. و نتوجه بالشكر لمن لم يحالفه الحظ هذا العام، على مجهودهم الرائع خلال الاأيام الثلاثة الماضية، لقد كان الإختيار بينكم شديد الصعوبة، و سيسعدنا كثيرا ان نلقاكم فى فرص اخرى العام المقبل.

Day visit to the Cairo Contemporary Dance Center مركز الرقص المعاصر

In collaboration with the Cairo Contemporary Dance Centre, the participants of the Silsilah Dance Programme took part in a day trip to CCDC where they joined a one day activities with some of the full time programme students of CCDC. Following the movement class with Ahmed Shamel Azmy Mido, they gathered with the founder and artistic director of the centre, Karima Mansour, in a rich exchange about the centre, its activities and programmes.
The day ended with participating in the contemporary dance workshop by Karima Mansour.

زيارة مركز القاهرة للرقص المعاصر - 12 يناير 2020

بالتعاون مع مركز القاهرة للرقص المعاصر، قام المشاركين فى مشروع سلسلة - النسخة الخامسة بالمشاركة فى زيارة إلى المركز حيث انضموا إلى بعض طلبة برنامج الدوام الكامل في أنشطة ذلك اليوم بالمركز. و بعد مشاركتهم ورشة الحركة مع أحمد شامل عزمى، إجتمعوا مع مؤسسة المركز ومديرته الفنية، كريمة منصور، في حديث غني عن المركز وأنشطته وبرامجه.
و إنتهى اليوم بالمشاركة في ورشة الرقص المعاصر مع كريمة منصور.
