"انا عربي .... وطني بلا حدود" هو برنامج ثقافي يهدف الى مشاركة الشباب العربي من مختلف البلدان العربية من اجل تفعيل الحوار العربي - العربي على جميع الاصعدة الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و الثقافية و السياسية و غيرها من نواحي الحياة العربية

و يمر المشاركون في البرنامج بمرحلة اعداد من خلال المشاركة في عدد من ورش العمل التي صممت من اجل تطوير مهاراتهم في الابداء بالآراء و تقبل الاخر, و تعقد كذلك ورش عمل ثقا

Sometimes we are puzzled while studying and this get us out from the whole mood.
So, it's very logic to translate this distraction into practical ideas..

To all you people out there!! if you feel like rolling over and dying from studying or working read this:
Being cheerful is not about the circumstances that surround you. It's an attitude. even if life is giving you a hard time (or in our case exams are doing one hell of a job in that ) just remember this part will be over soon (summer is coming isn't it? ) so try to make the best of today and do what makes you happy. Even if you are busy: working, studying, take 5 minutes to listen to your favorite song, talk to your best friend or watch your favorite scene of a movie you love. It's not much but you cant imagine how much it charges your energy. And just remember the mantra: exams are ending and the vacation is descending!!!
Good luck with your exam everyone and as the great Effie Trinket would tell you in such a situation "may the odds be ever in your favor!
