Besides being the First school that specializes in teaching the Art of Photography to young children, Alexandria School of Photography aims at changing how a great deal of Egyptians have long perceived "Photography" only as a Job and rarely -if ever- as an art, a hobby and a form of self-expression as other forms of art, that also needs practice just like music & sports, all through specialized programs that bring arts, sciences, culture & humanities through learning photography with the ultimate goal in mind of raising a generation that has a sense of passion and purpose & loves the art of photography.

here in ASOP, we got inspired by YOUSUF KARSH's portraits and took the opportunity to teach our little students about his art.

The left side photos were shot by our students, surprising us all by how good they turned out!

It was really hard to get them to pose this serious, though.. 🫠
