القوى العاملة: يوم الأثنين 25 أبريل إجازة بمناسبة النسيم

إجازة عيد الفطر للعاملين فى القطاع الخاص

أعلن وزير القوى العاملة، محمد سعفان، أول وثاني أيام عيد الفطر المبارك، إجازة بأجر كامل للعاملين بالقطاع الخاص.
وأوضح الوزير، أنه يجوز لصاحب العمل تشغيل العامل فى هذين اليومين، إذا اقتضت ظروف العمل ذلك، ويستحق العامل فى هذه الحالة، إضافة إلى أجره عن هذا اليوم، مثلى هذا الأجر.
وقال "سعفان" إن ذلك إعمالًا لحكم المادة 52 من قانون العمل الصادر بالقانون رقم 12 لسنة 2003، والمعدل بالقرار الوزارى رقم 49 لسنة 2009، بشأن تحديد أيام الأعياد التى تعتبر إجازة بأجر كامل.

• Candidates with Supply chain Knowledge.
