من أعرق المدارس بالإسكندرية .. أنشأتها مؤسسة فرنسية تدعى " البعثة العلمانية الفرنسية " عام 1913 .. و كان الأسم الرسمى لها :
Lycée Francais d'Alexandrie
و كانت الدراسة بها باللغة الفرنسية فقط . تم تأميمها عام 1961 .. و أصبحت تابعة للحكومة المصرية .
