لاحظنا الشكوى اننا كأمهات محتاجين نمسك أعصابنا و محتاجين ننظم وقتنا و دي فعلا اهم حاجة بنبدأ بها في حلقات برنامج "مهارات السعادة"...و هي ان ازاي انا الأول اكتشف نفسي بمميزاتها و عيوبها و ادرب نفسي على تقبلها و التعديل منها حتى أتقن فن التعايش ....ودة لازم يتم في نفس وقت تربية ولادي😉...اللي شايفه الموضوع صعب🙃..الحقيقة اللي ماتزعلش حد.... ان البداية دايما من عندنا☺

Eat Smart For Life
During this session we will tackle the following topics:
- understand the concept of " We are what we eat"..how the food we eat impacts our health and general wellbeing

- learn how to prepare a healthy snack " on the go"

- know how to create a balanced healthy meal

- learn the concept of " Smart alternatives" and substitute all ur favourite foods with healthy alternatives

- learn how to get your children involved in the process and win their cooperation
