التعليمات الخاصة لأعضاء الـ (English Club) الرجاء إتبعاها.
The following rules are subject to change on frequent basis.
• Rules regarding administration:
o Always follow your instructors’ and seniors’ instructions.
o Make sure to sign in the attendance sheet.
o All forms of harassment are not tolerated including but not limited to:
Making racial jokes or fun of others while sessions and meetings are in order.
Taking photos or recording without taking permission from seniors, administration, instructors, and attending personnel.
• Rules regarding sessions, meetings and any sort of gathering:
o Paraphernalia essential stationery at all types of sessions:
Pen.
Pencil.
Eraser.
Notepad.
Notebook.
File(s) and/or Folder(s).
o Other items/books required:
A dictionary which we’ll agree upon where everyone must obtain.
Accordion folded paper list of your own words.
A notebook with all of your new English words, do not translate them to Arabic, you should write their meaning in English.
This notebook will be considered as a way to evaluate your progress, so please take good care of it, and make sure it’s clean, tidy and well organized, it’s a reflection of whom you are.
• Our methodology:
o Never translate into Arabic.
o Always look for the meaning of words in English.
o It’s recommended to use Google for your search.
o It’s recommended to try Google Images as an image might hold a lot of information that helps to cover up your research.
o It’s recommended for optimum results to state your sources.
o It’s not recommended to watch movies or videos with Arabic subtitle.
o Whenever you read in English, “READ OUT LOUDLY” so you can hear your own voice and train yourself to recognize your own mistakes.
o You have to be strictly committed to our Workshops, Exercises, online activities … etc.
o There will be certain activities, workshops or exercises that requires everyone to participate, so please do not skip these workshops as you won’t be able to follow up the advanced courses.

• Rules to follow at our Facebook Group:
o There are Daily activities in the group, you must participate in.
o You must always respond to our posts, for us to be able to monitor your progress.
o Admins must also participate.
o It is recommended to respond within 24 hours of a post, to avoid stacking them together and having a load of tasks to be done, as we’ll be posting one every 24 hours.
