Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional English Instructor to join our Fluency Academy team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching English, have a strong command of the language, and possess practical teaching skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students in a dynamic learning environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons to students of various levels.
2. Create a positive and interactive classroom atmosphere that promotes active learning.
3. Assess students' language proficiency and tailor instruction to meet individual needs.
4. Develop and implement effective teaching materials and resources.
5. Encourage and support students' language development through effective feedback.
6. Monitor and record student progress and attendance.
7. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in language instruction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
2. Proven experience in teaching English as a second language.
3. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in English.
6. Knowledge of current language teaching methodologies and technology.
7. Teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL) are a plus.
