🌅 الإعجاب بالشعب المصري من أول الصبح
أنا بصحى بدري كل يوم، وده بقاله سنين، والنهاردة بدل ما أصحى في أمريكا، أصحى في مصر بلدي.
مش قادرة أمضي يوم من غير ما أشارككم إعجابي واحترامي للشعب المصري 💛
العمال اللي بينزلوا من العربيات والأوتوبيسات مبتسمين عشان يروحوا لشغل صعب زي الأبطال، الكبار اللي شغالين بكل قوة، والأطفال اللي بيحملوا حاجات أكبر من وزنهم بكثير…
بجد أنا بحترمهم جدًا، قوتهم وصبرهم مش طبيعيين 💪
الشعب المصري مدرسة في الصبر والتحمل. كل يوم الصبح وأنا بشوف ده بحس بالامتنان الشديد لبلدي، وللناس اللي بتعلمني معنى الاجتهاد والإصرار.
مصر شكراً على الترحيب بي في بلدي وعلى الدروس اللي بتعلمني ياها كل يوم. 🙏

I get up very early every day, as I have for years, , I wake up in my home country, Egypt.
I couldn’t go another day without sharing my awe and respect for the Egyptian people 💛
The workers who get off trucks and buses with a smile to go to difficult jobs like heroes, the older people working tirelessly, and the children carrying more than their weight…
I truly respect them so much 💪
The Egyptian people are a true lesson in patience and endurance. Every morning, seeing this fills me with gratitude for my country and for the people who show me the meaning of hard work and determination.
Thank you, Egypt, for welcoming me home and for the lessons you show me every day 🙏

مش كل اللي بيضحك مرتاح،

راجل شايل كلبه علشان فاهم إن حرارة الأسفلت في الصيف بتوجع الحيوانات زي ما بتوجعنا وإحنا ماشيين حافيين على نار 🔥🐾
الطرق مش مجرد أرض صلبة، في الحر بتبقى مصدر ألم حقيقي، ممكن يحرق كفوفهم في ثواني وهم لا يقدروا يشتكوا ولا يعبروا.
هو حط نفسه مكان كائن ضعيف، وغيّر تصرفه علشان يحميه… ودي قمة الرحمة.
الرسالة واضحة:

في لحظات الصدمة، الخبر بيوصل للقلب قبل العقل.
اللي بيحصل في العالم دلوقتي مخيف ومقلق، وبيخلينا نحس قد إيه السلام نعمة ممكن تضيع في أي لحظة.
الحروب عمرها ما كانت حل، واللي دايمًا بيدفع التمن هم الأبرياء.
الخوف الحقيقي مش من السلاح بس، الخوف من فقدان الإنسانية وسط كل الصراعات دي.
قلبي على العالم كله…
على الأطفال، على البيوت الآمنة، على البشر اللي كل ذنبهم إنهم عايزين يعيشوا بسلام.
ربنا يحفظ الإنسانية، ويعدّي الأيام الصعبة دي على خير.

أول يوم في السنة الجديدة مش مجرد تاريخ جديد…
هو فرصة نقول فيها:
أنا لسه هنا، ولسه عندي أمل، ولسه في حكاية بتتكتب ✨
يمكن السنة اللي فاتت كانت تقيلة على قلوب كتير،
لكن بداية سنة جديدة معناها فرصة جديدة نبدأ من تاني، حتى بخطوة صغيرة.

هذا العام علّمني معنى الفقد الحقيقي.
فقدتُ والديّ، وفقدتُ معهما أشياء كثيرة…
صوت الاطمئنان، الدعاء، الإحساس الدائم بأن هناك من ينتظرني دون شرط.
الحزن كان حاضرًا، وسيظل،
لكنني اخترت ألا أتركه يطغى على كل شيء.
اخترت أن أحتفي بما كان، لا أن أندب ما انتهى.
أحتفي بالضحكات الصادقة،
بالأحاديث التي امتدّت لساعات،
باللحظات البسيطة التي لم نكن نعلم وقتها
أنها ستصبح أثمن ما نملك.
الفقد يغيّرنا، نعم،
لكنه أيضًا يعيد ترتيب قلوبنا،
ويعلّمنا أن الحب لا يُقاس بالوجود،
بل بالأثر الذي يتركه فينا.
اليوم أصل إلى مساحة من السلام،
ليس لأن الألم انتهى،
بل لأن الامتنان أصبح أقوى.
أكمل طريقي،
وأحمل والديّ في قلبي،
وفي كل خطوة…
وفي كل دعاء.

I lost my parents,

ومع اقتراب انتهاء السنة…
بتبقى اللحظة دي دايمًا فرصة حقيقية للتوقف،
نفكر بهدوء، ونقدّر كل خطوة عدّت، سواء كانت سهلة أو صعبة.
السنة دي علمتني إن التغيير مش لازم يكون صاخب،
وإن الاستمرار لوحده إنجاز.
أقفل السنة دي بقلب ممتن،
وأستقبل اللي جاي بعقل أوضح وثقة أكبر ✨
