🌙 مريض السكر ازاي تظبط جرعة ادويته في رمضان 👀؟ {part 1 }

هنبدأ بأشهر الادوية اللي هو " metformin “
اللي موجود في السوق باسم ( glucophage or cidophage) 👇🏻👇🏻:

الدواء ده تبع عيله الbiguanides والعيله دي بتقلل السكر عن طريق ⬇️:
‏increase glucose uptake by cells and inhibit hepatic glucose production and decrease intestinal glucose absorption

وبالتالي ملوش risk of hypoglycemia لانه مش بيزود افراز الانسولين من البنكرياس فجرعته مش هتقل في الصيام فهتبقي كالاتي 👇🏻

🌷if once daily >> same dose after iftar

🌷if twice daily>> same dose after iftar + after Suhoor

🌷if trice daily >> divide total dose to be two third after iftar and one third after Suhoor

طيب ولو بياخد ال XR formula >> مش هتتغير الجرعه وهتبقي بعد الفطار
