This video demonstrates two cases of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. The first case was a dilated lacrimal sac following nasal surgery, dissection was straight forward with minimal bleeding. The second case was a case of dacryocystitis, there was inflammation in the lacrimal sac and exposure was not easy because of the narrow nasal anatomy and the vascular nasal mucosa.
