يقول احد المدربين ف حياتهم اليومية قبل 22 عاما تعلمت درسا مهما ف صناعة النجاح :

وهو أن النجاح لا يتعلق بالكمية بقدر ما يتعلق بالإستمرارية.. لا يتعلق بالمجهود الضخم والهدف النهائي بقدر ما يتعلق بخلق عادة يومية سهلة تستمر معنا طوال العمر.. قررت خلق عادة يومية ناجحة دون حمل هم النجاح ذاته

- لا تشغل بالك بالحصول ع جسد رشيق بل بتخصيص نصف ساعة يومية لممارسة الرياضة

- لا تشغل بالك بإتقان اللغة الإنجليزية أو الصينية أو الأسبانية بل بحفظ خمس كلمات يومية

- لا تشغل بالك بحفظ القرآن كاملاً بل بحفظ نصف صفحة ف اليوم فقط.

- لا تفكر بعمل ريجيم [ أو خسارة 30 كيلو خلال شهرين] بل بخلق عادات غذائية صحية تستمر معك طوال العمر

• فالعمر ببساطة يمضى بسرعة وحين تستمر[ وتداوم ] ع أي عادة ناجحة ستفاجأ بعد عام أو عامين أنك - ليس فقط حققت هدفك - بل وتجاوزته بأشواط عديدة [ الأمر الذي سيفاجئك أنت شخصيا قبل أي إنسان آخر ]!!

- لنفترض أنك قررت تخصيص ساعة يومية لفعل ثلاثة أشياء أساسية:

1- ربع ساعة لحفظ القرآن.
2- نصف ساعة لرياضة المشي يوميا
3- ربع ساعة لحفظ خمس كلمات إنجليزية لتطوير لغتك وإستخدامها وتطبيقها

وبعد سنوات قليلة [ تمر بغمضة عين ] :
ستتفاجأ بحفظ القرآن،وإمتلاك جسد رياضي، والتحدث بلغة العالم
وكلها ساعة من نهار لا تقارن بضياع 23 ساعة من يومك !

القضية بإختصار أن الإنجاز الناجح لا يتطلب التفكير بالحجم أو الهدف النهائي/ بل إن مجرد التفكير بهما وبكيفية حفظ كتاب الله و تعلم لغة والرياضة

الإنجاز الناجح ببساطة يتطلب :
[ خلق عادة يومية ناجحة ] تنتهي بمراكمة النتائج وتحقيق هدف أكبر وأعظم مما توقعت أصلا

[ أحب العمل إلى الله أدومه وإن قل ]
وقليل دائم خير من كثير منقطع
