Dear HIE’s Alumni.
The Higher Institute of Engineering (HIE), 6th October City, will be visited on December 1, 2024, by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation for Education (NAQAAE). The NAQAAE will review that the HIE is applying the National Academic Reference Standards (NARS), which will validate the quality for the educational institute for the coming 5 years. The NARS is adopting the same standards as the British Quality Assurance Agency (QAA-UK) and the Accreditation Board for Engineering Technology (ABET) in USA.
The HIE is asking all its alumni to fill out the Google FORM with basic information about their EDUCATION, LICENCES and PROFESSIONAL CAREER. HIE would like to have a short copy from the alumni resume (2 pages, upload it with Google Form) to include all information for the NARS.

تم عمل جروب للمهندسين خريجي المعهد العالي للهندسة دفعة 1999 و حتي تاريخه، بغرض التواصل و التعرف علي تحديات الاسواق المصرية و العربية و الاجنبية، كما يهدف الجروب الي نقل الخبرات الي الطلبة الحاليين.
The Higher Institute of Engineering Alumni Society is open for graduated alumnus since 1999 to the present time.

Dr. Mahmoud Sayed Ahmed was graduated from the Higher Institute of Engineering, 6 October City, immigrated to Canada and continued his Masters of Applied Science and Doctorate of Philosophy in Ryerson University in Canada. His research, publications and community work were rewarded by the "Ryerson Gold Medal for the Fall 2016".
