El warsha training - air-condition advise.

Approaching summer you might want to recheck or recharge your AC.
It's important to do that with an AC recovery / recycling machine not with the normal garage gauges.

1. Make sure the AC circuit is put under vacuum and left at for a while to make sure there is no leakage before attempting the charging.
2. Make sure that the charge is made by weight measure not just pressure measure. The normal manifold gauges will charge based on pressure only, and not measure the refrigerant quantity. Use a recycling machine or a scale to measure the exact quantity .
3. Avoid spraying water on the front grill (or condenser) during the charging process, this will quickly cool the interior even if the full amount in not charged yet.
4. Make sure that the refrigerant cylinder is upright at all time during charging, if it is upside down this will cause liquid refrigerant to be sucked in which may damage your compressor
5. Always check the air-condition filter, AKA particulate filter or cabin filter. If the amount of air coming in from the duct is little, the filter may be clogged and need to be changed.

The suspension of a car consists of three main elements;
1 energy storage element: like the spring. It is responsible for storing the shock or vertical motion of the wheel then returning it back to its original position. Storage elements can take the form of helical spring, leaf spring, torsion beam, pneumatic (air balloon), torsion blade... Etc.
2 damping element: the shock absorber, it is responsible of damping the vertical motion of the wheel after any bump to reduce the vibration or swinging action. It can be oil filled shock absorber, gas shocks, nitrogen filled, and others.
3 guides: they are solid parts and links responsible for guiding the wheel's vertical and lateral motion after a bump so as to move on a set pattern or set direction. It can be the in the form of links, A arm, wishbone arm, solid axle, and many more, the shock absorber can also act as a guide in some suspension systems (double role)
