Announcement: Engineering Design Competition on Robotic Pharmacy Systems
📢 Calling All Engineering Innovators!
The College of Engineering is thrilled to launch its Annual Engineering Design Competition, providing students a platform to showcase their creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise. This year’s challenge? Design a fully functional robotic pharmacy system!
🔹 What’s the Goal?
Participants will develop a robotic system capable of retrieving and dispensing medications efficiently, integrating robotics, control systems, software, and pharmacy management into a seamless solution.
🔹 Who Can Participate?
Open to all undergraduate engineering students across departments.
Interdisciplinary teams are encouraged for a diverse skillset.
Individual participation is allowed with prior approval.
🔹 Competition Format:
✅ Phase 1 – Proposal Submission (Due: February 20, 2025)
Submit a concept detailing your system’s functionality and simulation plan.
✅ Phase 2 – Simulation Development
Shortlisted teams will create a 3D simulation model demonstrating their robotic system’s movement and efficiency.
✅ Phase 3 – Final Presentation
Teams will showcase their simulation to a panel of judges, explaining the feasibility and innovation behind their design.
