In an inspiring and festive academic atmosphere, the English Department at the Faculty of Languages and Translation held its scientific seminar today, June 21, 2025. The event was attended by faculty members, assistant staff, and MA students from the department. Two outstanding research proposals in the fields of Literature and Linguistics were presented and discussed as part of the requirements for registering for the Master’s degree. The seminar provided a valuable space for academic exchange and showcased the department’s commitment to supporting high-quality research. Warm congratulations to our candidates their distinguished supervisors, wishing them success in their research journeys.

في يوم متميز، وفي أجواء رمضانية، احتفلت كلية اللغات والترجمة مع مدارس سكيلز بأول دفعة تجتاز التدريب الميداني من طلاب قسمي اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة الألمانية، وذلك بمدارس سكيلز الدولية، وبحضور: أ. سهى يوسف مديرة المدارس، وأ.د أحمد عادل عبد المولى وكيل الكلية لشئون خدمة المجتمع وتنمية البيئة ونائبًا عن عميد الكلية أ.د حسين إبراهيم، وأ.د فاطمة الديواني رئيسة قسم اللغة الإنجليزية، ود. سماح علي منسقة التدريب بقسم اللغة الألمانية، وأ. منار بركات منسقة التدريب بمدارس سكيلز، وعدد من أولياء الأمور.

On a festive scientific occasion, and under the auspices of the Dean of the Faculty of Languages & Translation, the Department of English Language and Translation held an MA seminar to discuss an MA proposal in the branch of Linguistics. The seminar was held on Monday 9th of October, 2023 in the presence of the faculty's Vice Deans, the Head of the English Department and the department staff members who all shared the candidate this happy moment.
