Wellbeing & Psychological Fitness Advisor

💼 Job Responsibilities:
● Provide individual sessions for psychological and behavioral support to students
● Deliver in-class sessions on “Psychological Fitness and Life Skills”
● Analyze students’ personality profiles in cooperation with school administration
● Follow up with academically struggling students and those with special needs
● Coordinate with parents and teachers to ensure integrated support
● Participate in school-based psychological awareness programs and activities

🎓 Application Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Psychology / Social Work / Counseling
● Preferred: Diploma or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Positive Psychology, or a related field.
● Preferably proficient in English
• Preferred: Any experience in social work, psychology, or working with youth in general
• Willingness to attend intensive professional training
• Full-time availability preferred (9am to 3pm) – with flexibility for part-time roles for certain talents
• Residency in Giza Governorate is an added advantage
