ElSewedy Technical Academy is the first Egyptian academy specialized in technical education اكاديمية السويدي هي مدرسة تعليم ثانوية مهنية و فنية تقدم تعليم مهني و فني لكل الصناعات الأساسية بناء علي المعايير العالمية الحديثة. يتبع منهج الاكاديمية للنظام الألماني الذي يعتمد علي مبدأ النهج المزدوج وهو 80% تدريب عملي في مصانع السويدي و 20% تعليم أكاديمي نظري. يندرج برنامج الاكاديمية ، والذي يمتد لثلاث سنوات، تحت المنح الدراسية حيث يوفر للطلاب وسيلة التنقل و الزي الرسمي و المواد التعليمية و أجهزة التعليم و امتيازات أخري.
يسهل البرنامج عملية الانتقال السلس من مرحلة التعليم إلي التوظيف من خلال توفير تدريب العمل و برامج النهوض بالعمالة. تهدف الاكاديمية إلي إنشاء عمالة مؤهلة و مدربة و كفء للسوق المحلي و الأجنبي و الذي سيسمح للصناعات الأساسية بتحسين إنتاجها و خفض نفقاتها. STA offers customized technical education for the all major industries, based on the latest international standards. The STA curriculum follows the German approach, which is based on the concept of dual learning, 80% practical training at El Sewedy factories & 20% theoretical smart learning in the academy. Students are supplied with transportation, uniforms, learning material, learning devices and allowances, among other benefits. STA provides a smooth transition from education to employment by offering on the job training and employment promotion programs. The STA objective is to create a pool of qualified, skilled, efficient and professional workers for the local and foreign markets which will allow major industries to optimize production output and reduce cost.
