1. Know the format of the test: The ACT Math test has 60 questions that you need to answer in 60 minutes. That means you have only one minute per question, so it's essential to manage your time effectively.

2. Do easy questions first: When you begin the test, start with the easy questions. This will help you gain confidence and make progress quickly. Don't get stuck on difficult questions as it can eat up your valuable time.

3.Make use of your scratch paper: Don't try to do everything in your head. Use your scratch paper to work out problems, make diagrams, or jot down notes. This can help you save time and avoid mistakes.

4. Don't waste time on unnecessary calculations: The Math test is designed to test your critical thinking skills, not your arithmetic abilities. Use estimation, shortcuts, and logical reasoning to simplify calculations and save time.

5. Keep an eye on the clock: It's crucial to keep an eye on the clock to ensure you stay on track. If you find yourself spending too much time on a question, move on to the next one and come back to it later if you have time.
