🇪🇺 Dal 20 al 22 ottobre abbiamo partecipato al training del progetto #IN4MARE, svoltosi a Roma 🇮🇹. Il progetto coinvolge 7 partner impegnati a vario livello nel campo dell’educazione degli adulti, provenienti da 5 paesi europei, che mettono in comune conoscenze ed esperienze per sviluppare un approccio volto a migliorare il sistema di apprendimento permanente a livello locale, regionale e comunitario.
🇪🇺 From the 20th to the 22nd of October we participated in the training of the project #IN4MARE, which took place in Rome 🇮🇹. The project involves 7 partners engaged at various levels in the field of adult education, from 5 European countries, who share knowledge and experience to develop an approach to improve the system of lifelong learning at local, regional and community level.

Abbiamo condiviso tante idee e prassi già implementate in vari paesi europei e creato piani di azione relativi a modalità e strategie innovative al fine di incrementare l’appetibilità dell’offerta formativa rivolta agli adulti.

On 23.09.2021 the "Skilled Up" project in Estonia was presented at Tartu VEC International. Võru County Vocational Training School Tsenter - Puidutöötlemise ja mööblitootmise kompetentsikeskus shared the experience with organization of training and development of curriculum. Project manager Astrid Org showed the videos about the training process and the final projects of students and described the content of the curriculum.
Together the participants discussed organizational issues and possibilities to implement the curriculum after the project. One of the problems is implementation time. Participants agreed that to further develop work-based learning the study process should be more flexible for both vocational schools and trainees.
