The changes will be introduced to family benefits, starting from 2024. Read more in the post by Social Insurance Board:
"💭 We remind you that from January the amount of benefits for families with many children will decrease
From the new year, benefits for families raising three to six children will be reduced from the previous 650 to 450 euros per month. Benefits for families with a family and more children will be reduced from 850 to 650 euros per month.
👉 The gradual reduction of benefits for families with many children will also end. In 2023 benefits for multi-family families with three children were paid out until the oldest child reaches the age of 19, after which the benefit rate gradually dropped. As of January 2024 this will no longer be happening. In other words, when the family has two or one child under 19 years of age, the multi-child benefit will not be paid at the rate of 2/3 and 1/3 of the total amount.
These changes will not affect single parent benefits, as well as first and second child benefits, their rate will remain the same - 80 euros per child. Starting with the third child, the child allowance will remain at 100 euros.

💭Tuletame meelde, et alates jaanuarist on lasterikka peretoetuse summad väiksemad (на русском ниже 👇)
Nii on lasterikka pere toetus 3-6 lapse puhul 450 eurot ja 7 ning enama lapse puhul 650 eurot.
👉Ära kaob ka lasterikka pere toetuse sujuv üleminek. Seega, kui 2023. aastal maksti lasterikka pere toetust kolme lapse puhul täies mahus kuni vanima lapse 19-aastaseks saamiseni, misjärel hakkas toetus järkjärguliselt vähenema, siis jaanuarist seda enam ei tehta. Teisisõnu, kui perre jääb kaks või üks alla 19-aastast lastetoetust saavat last, ei maksta enam lasterikka pere toetust vastavalt 2/3 või 1/3 toetuse kogusuurusest.
Üksikvanema lapse toetus ja esimese ning teise lapse toetus on jätkuvalt 80 eurot kuus. Niisamuti lapsetoetus alates kolmandast lapsest, mis on 100 eurot kuus.

💭Напоминаем, что с января суммы пособий для многодетных семей снизятся
С нового года пособия для семей, в которых воспитывается от трех до шести детей, снизятся вместо прежних 650 до 450 евро в месяц. Пособия для семей с семью и более детьми снизятся с 850 до 650 евро в месяц.
👉 Завершится и постепенное снижение ставки пособий для многодетных семей. В 2023 году пособия для многодетных семей с тремя детьми выплачивались до достижения старшим ребенком возраста 19 лет, после чего ставка пособия постепенно снижалась. С января 2024 года этого больше не будет. Другими словами, когда в семье останется два или один ребенок младше 19 лет, то пособие для многодетной семьи по ставке соответственно 2/3 и 1/3 от общей суммы им выплачиваться не будет.
Упомянутые изменения не затронут пособия для родителей-одиночек, а также пособия на первого и второго ребенка, их ставка останется прежней – 80 евро на ребенка. Начиная с третьего ребенка детское пособие останется в размере 100 евро.
