We have exiting news. Karolina Kudelina, Chair of IEEE Estonia WIE, and Olga Wowk, Vice-Chair of IEEE Estonia WIE, gave an interview about challenges for women in Engineering field, current situation in Estonia, role of WIE in supporting women. In addition, they shared personal experience and future plans for organization.
