Hello my darling students
Our yoga season is coming to an end and this time I’m taking a longer pause for myself. We might continue with live group classes in January, but I will keep you informed about that.
Next Thursday we have one more group class at studio at 17.30 and you are welcome to join.
The room we are renting at the moment is closing doors and this is one of the reasons to end season a bit earlier. I might find some room for few more classes during summer, but we will see about that.
That being said I invite you to join my online classes, what are recorded on Patreon. There is a whole library of yoga classes (Hatha, Shivananda & Flow Yoga for beginners and intermediate) also many teaching classes “How to do?!” and many exercises. There are even series of classes if you have leg injurie or want to do seated yoga.
It costs less than Netflix :) , so maybe it is something you consider doing.
I also remind you about SHOP opening on my website. Everything in the shop is handmade by me.

You are here for a reason
We all have purpose
We are all here to do something
Do you remember when you were a child…what did you play with or who you “pretended” to be…or what job did you play?
Well a lot of children come with the knowledge of what is their purpose. Why are they here and what they want to achieve, create and change.
If you are lost with your mind…just ask your inner child…look back … what was it that you were passionate about back then?!

When I realized that about my life…looking back into my childhood…I understood that I’m on the right path.
You know all the answers You know who you are!
Inside You know what your path is!

SOME OF YOU MAY KNOW
that for the last two years art became one of my biggest passions
Art always was close to me since I was a kid. I always loved to color and draw. When I was 7 I had to choose between going to dance or art school. Back then I chose dance, what was a great journey what grew into teaching yoga. But If you truly meant to do something in this life it will come back to you in some form. And it came as painting. Today I’m a full time artist and part time yoga teacher with great experience 😃 And this is amazing
I love teaching and I know it was meant to be! But it seems I was also meant to be a painter 🧑🏻🎨🌟
Isn’t it amazing. You can be whoever you want to be. You just need to believe in it and do some hard work 😁🌟

SO OFTEN OUR THOUGHTS DON’T GIVE US TRUTHFUL ANSWERS
OUR EGO, TRAUMA, PROGRAMED BRAIN, SOCIAL NORMS all of this is often dictating us what is right!
BUT ONLY WHEN WE START LISTENING TO OUR FEELINGS…THEN WE KNOW THE TRUTH
ONLY FEELINGS ARE REAL!
