Minu nimi on Andrei, aga sõbrad kutsuvad mind Roliks. Olen üle 30 aasta õpetanud noori võidusõitjaid võitma. Viimased kolm ja pool aastat olen töötanud peamiselt Itaalias, kus olen teinud koostööd tippsõitjatega.

Hetkel pakun individuaalseid treeninguid ning grupitreeninguid nii algajatele kui ka edasijõudnutele — nii Eestis kui Itaalias. Lisaks pakume võidusõidumeeskonna teenuseid Eestis ja rahvusvahelistel võistlustel ning kutsume noori liituma meie kardikooliga.

Why You Won’t Become a Successful Racing Driver

You constantly complain about kart setup. You’re always unhappy with something — one setup, another setup, one chassis, another. Yes, a driver must give feedback, but if you’re unhappy with the kart all the time, then the problem is probably not the kart.

When you get out of the kart, the first thing you say is that you drove a perfect lap. That’s a bad sign. You haven’t even looked at the telemetry yet or spoken with your coach. Most likely, you’re trying to show that nothing more could have been done and that now the focus should shift to the machine. But if you’re not a top driver and haven’t won at a high-level competition, then in 99.9% of cases, you are absolutely wrong.

Every time something goes wrong, you lose motivation, blame everyone around you, and let your emotions take over. You must respond to setbacks constructively — analyze them with your coach, learn the lesson, and move forward as if nothing happened.

If you recognized yourself in this, don’t be discouraged. Admitting your mistakes already means you’re halfway to fixing them.
