Last week we were in Berlin with the students for A MAZE. festival.
https://2025.amaze-berlin.de/
As last year, it was amazing experience.
It was great occasion to meet Jakob Moesgaard, who is responsible for the game collection at Royal Danish Library, Jogi Neufeld from the SUBOTRON and Artscience I University of Applied Arts Vienna.
Between all the games we played we got opportunity to see the playformance "Sons and True Sons" by Total Refusal.
We had nice evening with Margita Weiler and Stephan Kruhl at Zwitschermaschine.
We visited as well the Computerspielemuseum, and we got a blast at Hamburger Bahnhof - Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart with works from Klára Hosnedlová and Jeremy Shaw.
Thank you Kaia Jõesalu, Taavi Varm, Sun, Rosa, Bob, Alisa, Gleb, Erasmus+ and all our partners.

Last weekend, artist John Grzinich led a listening and field recording workshop for students from EKA's New Media Sound Art and Animation Sound Design programs. The workshop took place at Otteni Veski in South Estonia near Taevaskoja. A location surrounded by rivers, forests, fields, and wilderness.
On the second day of the two-day visit, we woke just before dawn to hear the first birds begin to vocalize. We listened, recorded, and live-streamed what became a vibrant dawn chorus: a rich layering of calls from many different bird species, all singing simultaneously across a wide range of frequencies.
