🚀 From Tbilisi to Europe: Georgia’s Creative Agencies Actively Expand Abroad.
🎯Georgia’s creative agencies are proving they are ready for international markets - and the results are already visible.
This March, more than ten marketing and design agencies from across Georgia, representing around 20 professionals, successfully completed the Creative Services Export workshop organised and delivered by Visionest Institute in Tbilisi.
Delivered through an online session on 10 March and intensive onsite workshops on 16-17 March, the programme equipped agencies with practical tools to position themselves competitively in European markets and strengthen their ability to secure clients abroad.
🎯 Over three focused days, participants achieved tangible outcomes:
📌 Clarified and refined their international value propositions
📌 Improved websites, portfolios, and LinkedIn profiles to better reflect export readiness
📌 Identified and researched real prospective clients in target markets
📌 Developed structured approaches to pricing, communication, and project delivery for cross-border work
The sessions were led by experienced international mentors who brought hands-on expertise in global market entry and creative business scaling:
✅Anu-Mall Naarits, CEO of Visionest Institute and internationalisation expert
✅Artem Daniliants, growth marketing and international business development specialist
Their guidance helped participants move beyond theory and directly apply tools for AI-assisted outreach, partner search, and export strategy - enabling agencies to leave the workshop with concrete leads, refined positioning, and clearer international growth plans.
🏅 The programme concluded with a graduation ceremony recognising participants’ commitment and the practical competencies they developed throughout the training - marking an important milestone in the international development of Georgia’s creative sector.
This initiative, funded by the European Union and implemented by Visionest Institute in partnership with UNDP Georgia and the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV), demonstrates how targeted, practice-oriented support can accelerate the global competitiveness of Georgian creative businesses.
