FLEX Program 2026–2027 Application is Now Open!

Have you ever dreamed of:
✨ Experiencing American culture?
✨ Spending a full academic year in the U.S. with a merit-based scholarship?

✨ Building your leadership and communication skills?
The Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program is your gateway to an unforgettable year in the USA!

Who Can Apply?
✅ Grade 9 or 10 students, starting from Fall 2025
✅ Born between 15 July 2008 and 15 July 2011
✅ Live and study in Estonia
✅ Estonian citizens
✅ Proficient in English
✅ Meet J-1 Visa requirements
✅ Have not stayed in the USA for 3+ months in the past 5 years
