Today, we take a moment to honor and remember a man whose vision transformed the lives of millions of people around the world — the founder of Network TwentyOne, Jim Dornan.
Very few people create something that continues to grow and evolve across generations. Jim did far more than that. He created a culture, an education system, and a philosophy of personal growth and leadership that continue to inspire people all over the world.
More than 35 years ago, with the opening of the very first Network TwentyOne office in the United States, a vision was born — a vision that would eventually reach more than 40 countries around the globe. Today, the worldwide Network TwentyOne community is living proof that truly great ideas never lose their relevance; they become even stronger with time.
In an ever-changing world, Jim Dornan’s principles remain more important than ever: integrity, character, lifelong learning, leading by example, and adding value to the lives of others. The timeless relevance of these principles is a testament to his brilliance as both a visionary and a leader.
The legacy Jim left for us is beautifully expressed in the mission of Network TwentyOne:
“We exist as a team to support Network TwentyOne clients around the world through quality support, meetings, and information materials, and to grow personally and professionally as people of integrity who add value to the lives of others.”
This mission is far more than words on a page — it is a way we choose to live every single day.
With gratitude, responsibility, and the privilege of being part of this extraordinary family, we continue Jim’s dream of helping as many people as possible discover their potential and turn their dreams into reality.
Every event we organize, every educational resource we create, every meeting we hold, and every life we positively impact is a continuation of Jim’s vision. Every success within the Network TwentyOne community carries a piece of this legacy forward.

Three countries. Two powerful Business Building Seminars.

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we honor the life of our dear friend and partner, Massimo Bini.
Massimo was one of the truly great leaders of our community, a principle-driven man who inspired so many through the way he lived, led, and loved. He was brilliant, thoughtful, kind, and a visionary big thinker who saw possibilities where others saw limits. His strength as a leader was undeniable, but what made Massimo so special was the heart behind it all.
Massimo built an enormous business grounded in the values and principles of Network TwentyOne, leading with integrity, faith, wisdom, and genuine care for people. Yet even with all of his success, Massimo never lost sight of what mattered most. He and Betty built a beautiful life together, raising their girls with love, intention, and unwavering devotion. Anyone who knew them saw how deeply he cherished his family, and how beautifully he balanced both business and family. He truly excelled at both.
Massimo was one of the really good guys. The kind of person people respected immediately and loved deeply. He made everyone around him better. His influence and impact reached far beyond business, touching lives, shaping leaders, strengthening families, and inspiring generations to dream bigger and live with purpose.
While our hearts ache over this loss, we know his legacy will continue to live on — through his beautiful daughters, through Betty, and through all of you who continue building this business with the same values and principles he embodied so well.
We are praying for Betty, Virginia, Allegra, and all who loved Massimo during this incredibly difficult time.
He was so loved. So respected. And he will never be forgotten.
