The problem often begins before the first instrument is used — with an underestimated case, an unclear treatment strategy or a disinfection protocol that was not adapted to the clinical situation.

This November, internationally recognised endodontic expert Dr Michael Solomonov is coming to Tallinn with his new course:

This is not another lecture about isolated techniques or specific products. It is a systematic approach to understanding why, when and in which sequence each clinical decision should be made.

Yesterday, participants spent the entire day together with Dr. Solomonov diving deep into one of the most challenging topics in modern endodontics — resorptions.

From biological foundations and modern classifications to treatment selection algorithms and contemporary treatment approaches, the day was filled with practical clinical knowledge and detailed analysis of complex clinical situations.

Throughout the course, Dr. Solomonov presented the latest literature, evidence-based concepts and numerous real clinical cases, sharing practical approaches, treatment logic and decision-making strategies used in everyday clinical practice.

A strong start to two intensive days dedicated to modern endodontic thinking and clinical decision-making.

A special thank you as well to our simultaneous interpreter - Dr.Emdin, helping participants follow even the most detailed and complex clinical discussions throughout this day!

And this is how our last weekend looked — truly unforgettable✊

We would like to sincerely thank all participants,
Dr. Oleg Kulygin, and the ZEAC Dental Training Center
for making this course such a powerful experience.

This was the first time we hosted a course that combined
theory, live demonstration, and hands-on training —
and it exceeded all expectations.

Participants brought their own clinical cases, discussed them directly with the lecturer,
and gained insights you simply can’t get from textbooks or online content —
only from experts with decades of real clinical experience.

Working with Dr. Kulygin is always something special.
It’s a rare combination of deep expertise, a friendly atmosphere,
