Just see on see, millest päris muutus sünnib.
Olen teist kõigist siiralt uhke. 🤍
Uus grupp alustab 1. juunil — kui see kõnetab sind, kirjuta mulle või jäta kommentaar. 🌿

You keep promising yourself to “be good during the holidays,” and yet you find yourself once again at a holiday gathering, sprawled on the couch with an overfull belly, beating yourself up, feeling disappointed and defeated — gritting your teeth and promising that “I’ll start again in the new year,” only to arrive on January 2nd and realize you’re standing in exactly the same place.
⛔️ If you’re fed up with this vicious cycle,
welcome to the FREE 7-day journey “GUILT-FREE HOLIDAYS” December 21–27, 2025
👇Find more information and registration in comments!
On this journey, you’ll gain clarity and answers to questions that concern not only you, but so many others:
✅ Why do you tend to overeat and/or drink too much alcohol during the holidays?
✅ What is the secret to feeling good, and how can you find ease even when eating foods you tell yourself “I really shouldn’t”?
✅ How can you enjoy a satisfying holiday meal without fighting guilt at the same time?
✅ Why is it so hard to say “no” to food lovingly prepared by people you care about — and how are your emotional state and childhood experiences connected to all of this?

Yesterday I had the joy of recording material with Eric for the upcoming Estonian release of his WILDFIT book (I’ll tell you more when the book is officially out).
😇 But today I want to share something that this recording day reminded me of very clearly: your story matters — and it needs to be shared.
Not for ego.
But because it genuinely helps people.
Over the years as a Master WILDFIT Coach, I’ve heard the same message from my clients again and again: my stories and my journey have supported them, inspired them, sometimes even pulled them out of a dark place.
It’s honestly a bit strange to hear that… but it’s true. And yesterday in the studio, I got a fresh reminder of it.
I shared my story.
My wonderful clients shared theirs.
And the whole experience brought me back to one simple truth: hiding helps no one.
Eric always says that if we’re not visible with the things that can truly help others, we’re being selfish — because we’re denying people the chance to receive support they actually want.
And I agree 100%.
🍀 Thank you, Eric and Roland, for such an inspiring studio day.
🍀 And thank you Kai-Ly, Kadri and Tõnis for sharing your WILDFIT journeys so openly and bravely.
⸻
I’ll be sharing my story — and what I’ve learned on my coaching journey — again very soon.
I’m excited to announce that I’ll be speaking at The Unstoppable You Summit, a FREE online event happening December 8–12, alongside many inspiring speakers.
💚 You don’t need to chase visibility when you embody it.
When your energy matches who you truly are, clients naturally find their way to you.
If that sounds unrealistic to you, then this 5-day online event is exactly where you need to be.
Imagine finally experiencing the freedom to be seen… to sell… to earn well…
Without that constant background anxiety.
👇 Registration link is in comments- join us — and feel free to share the invitation with your people.

Have you ever thought about fasting… but then someone said something about it, or maybe a little fear crept in?
⁇ “Is it safe?”
⁇ “Won’t I get weak?”
⁇ “Will I lose my muscles?”
Here’s the good news — most of what people fear about fasting is simply a myth.
And it’s time to bust those myths 👇
🧠 Myth #1: “If I don’t eat, my metabolism will slow down.”
Actually, the opposite happens! Short-term fasting increases metabolism by 3–14% because your body releases norepinephrine — a hormone that boosts energy and burns fat. 🔥
What really slows metabolism? Eating nutrient-poor food, poor sleep, and not drinking enough water.
💪 Myth #2: “I’ll lose muscle mass.”
Your body doesn’t start breaking down muscle right away — it first uses glycogen and fat.
Imagine you’re in an abandoned house in winter, out of firewood, and your only option is to burn the furniture. Would you start with the antique dresser? Probably not. You’d burn the broken chair first.
Your body works the same way — it burns stored fat and damaged cells first, and only uses muscle as a last resort… which usually takes around 7 days of fasting. (And I never recommend fasting that long without supervision anyway.)
🍞 Myth #3: “Fasting drops my blood sugar and I’ll feel awful.”
It might feel unfamiliar at first, but your body quickly switches to fat-burning mode and begins using ketones for fuel.
The result? Stable blood sugar, mental clarity, and a calm mind.
❤️ Myth #4: “Fasting is dangerous.”
Short-term fasting is safe for healthy people and widely studied.
Research shows it can:
– Improve insulin sensitivity
– Reduce inflammation
– Support cellular cleansing and renewal (autophagy).
⚠️ Note: This applies to healthy individuals. If you have kidney, liver, or other health issues, or take regular medication, fasting may not be suitable. Always consult your doctor first.
😰 Myth #5: “I’ll get cranky and hungry.”
This can happen only in the first few days while your body adjusts.
Ghrelin, the “hunger hormone,” rises at your usual mealtimes — then drops again naturally.
After that, most people feel calm, focused, and energized.
It’s important to address the emotional triggers that fasting can bring up — and a skilled health coach is an excellent support for that!
🧃 Myth #6: “Humans can’t go without food for more than a few days.”
Our bodies are designed to survive — fat stores can sustain us for 30–60 days!
One documented fast under medical supervision lasted 382 days.
(Postgraduate Medical Journal, 1973)
🌿 Myth #7: “Fasting is just another trend.”
Fasting is one of the oldest healing practices in the world.
Nearly every religion and culture has used it to cleanse the body and mind.
Modern science confirms: it slows aging and supports cell renewal.
(Nobel Prize-winning research by Yoshinori Ohsumi, 2016)
✨ Here’s the truth:
Fasting isn’t starvation.
It’s restoration. Rest. Release.
A chance to truly listen to your body and witness how powerful it really is. 💫

The man on the left did not want to live. The man on the right learned how to live.
For most of my life, I lived the way others wanted me to. I grew a beard because my girlfriend liked it. I ate spicy food to prove I could handle it. I said yes when I wanted to say no. I tried to fit into everyone’s version of who I should be. But deep down, I didn’t want to live.
After a breakup, everything fell apart. Nothing made sense anymore. But there were still people whom I cared for, and for a while, that was enough. I made a list of reasons to stay alive, and I promised myself that if I’m going to stay, I’ll learn how to actually live.
So I began studying myself. My mind, my body. What food gives me energy? What thoughts drain it? How to find what really works for me, not what the world says should?
And slowly, something shifted. Even after my last friend started to ignore me, I still felt happy. Even when it was just me and my family, I still felt happy. For the first time ever, I was at peace just being me.
That’s why I do this work. Because helping others transform their lives isn’t just my job, it’s what saved me.
One of the tools that continues to support people on this path is WILDFIT Spring. If you’ve done WILDFIT before, you know how amazing you can feel in it, and feel the pull to reconnect. This might be your time.
We’re starting soon. DM me or comment Spring and I’ll share the details.🍀
