In my experience, fasting is an amazing cleanse for the body and, in turn, for the mind. Every time I’ve done a 2- or 3-day water fast, I’ve experienced heightened energy, deep and restorative sleep, sharper clarity of thought, and a strong sense of motivation.
On the other hand, fasting can also be a deeply relaxing experience—a break for the body and a chance to connect with your emotions. Because let’s be real—when we stop “eating our feelings” (we all know what stress eating is, right?), those emotions finally surface. And then…

Today is the final day of my vacation, and the usual routine will begin again. But is it normal? That is the question. 2024 has changed me a lot.
I went from group coaching to adding the offering of 1:1 coaching, from being a guest in multiple podcasts to creating more content myself, from applying to speaking opportunities to understanding that I already have the biggest stage in the world, called the internet.
During 2024, here are the first 24 lessons I remember right now. Sure, there has been more
🍀My wife is my best cheerleader.
🍀My home is my fortress where I am safe.
🍀My car gets me to places I want to go.
🍀My passion is what drives me.
🍀My job is what funds my life.
🍀The people around me are my most considerable support structure.
🍀Healthy food is the foundation of my mood.
🍀Exercise is best when it is consistent.
🍀Knowing what you want gives guidance and direction to my life.
🍀Becoming Master WILDFIT Coach was the best start to my year last January.
🍀Spending time together with other men brings up much more profound topics.
🍀Being on stage feels like home.
🍀Having a contact form on my website is vital as people use it to reach out.
🍀I love bringing people together.
🍀Having mentors who inspire is essential for growth.
🍀Learning the same thing multiple times is sometimes needed for it to land correctly.
🍀Having great pictures is crucial to understand your beauty and confidence.
🍀Sometimes ideas might feel crazy, but you are precisely there where you have to be.
🍀Taking time for yourself is essential for rest.
🍀Dance is still one of the best forms of stress release.
🍀Having beautiful and cozy places to meet gives a new energy for it.
🍀Sometimes, things don’t go as planned, but at least I tried it.
🍀Even though I am here to teach and support others, my clients are the best teachers for me.
🍀Having the right Masterminds is crucial for expansion and growth.
There are more lessons to learn from last year. However, my focus is now on 2025, an even greater year of learning, discoveries, and success.

Hole is an illusion there is no hole.🍀
Even if life seems to be in a rut it is just one thought away from greatness.🙏
I can choose that thought.🎉

On 1 October 2020, I became a Certified WILDFIT coach, and from the beginning, I wanted to learn more. Therefore, as one of my fellow students asked Pamela LaPointe to guide us, it was an incredible addition that concluded with the thought that we should continue coming together.💚
From that, my Mastermind was born, with ten additional members. It was a free Mastermind with all the coaches who studied together. I called it the 20th May Coaches' Mastermind, as that is when we all started our studies. Over the years, only five of them stayed, and the name changed to Hair Salon Mastermind because of my hairdresser metaphor.🍀
Today was our last call of Year 4, and next time, in two weeks, there will be the first call for a new, renewed Mastermind called Harri and The Fab Five. As the incredible journey continues, we will start the fifth year with Pamyla Love, Louise Nadeau, Valerie Logan, Diane Shepherd, and Birgit Friederich. Thank you for being there for me over the years so I have been able to grow into the person I am now.🙏
One thought that has risen from this four-year journey is that I have learned so much about running a Mastermind, starting a coaching business, and making it all happen next to my day job.
Now, I am considering starting another mastermind for aspiring Coaches who would like support on the way. These four years have shown what can change and how having a solid group can get you there quicker. So, if you are interested in being part of my next Mastermind, let me know, and it might come together.🍀

Weight is just a number
Today, I am going to my High school reunion, and that made me look back to the last reunion five years ago. It is incredible how life can change in five years; we wouldn't even dream about it. If someone had told me where I would be in five years, I would not have believed them. Five years ago, I was voted the Top three most changed person; however, I feel my change now has been even greater.🎉
What caught my eye was the picture taken, the one in the orange shirt, and the comparison to now, the photo with the blue shirt that I tried to recreate. The most bizarre part is that today, I only weigh 4kg less than I did then. However, I feel so much more different.⚖️
My lifestyle has given me more energy and vitality. I look younger and fitter. I am clear and focused in what I do. Most importantly, I have become attractive for the life I live.🍀

Have you ever considered how expressions like “CHEAT DAY” and “CHEAT MEAL” actually affect your subconscious mind?
For most people, the word “cheat” is associated with breaking rules and doing something forbidden. And that makes it so tempting! Let’s be honest—who hasn’t experienced that sweet “badass” feeling of secretly doing something forbidden and feeling cool and mischievous because of it?
The diet industry knows this and uses it effectively—why else would every other meal plan or diet program include “cheat days” or something similar? It’s all about feeding that subconscious belief that if I choose to put junk in my body, it’s something I usually deny myself. And when something is forbidden, it gets that extra allure, making it harder to break free from unhealthy food because eating it has been made exciting, something you can occasionally “allow” yourself.
This brainwashing is so strong that even many well-meaning health guides, nutritionists, and other health advocates, who genuinely want the best for you, fail to see through it and continue using the same expressions.
The food and diet industry manipulates our subconscious at every turn, and they’ve been doing it masterfully for decades. So know that it’s NOT YOUR FAULT that you’ve believed all of this blindly and walked into the trap with innocent trust—but it IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to help yourself get out of it!
