Our team is back from Canada, but we will keep growing there. We met many business organisations and intermediaries in Toronto and Montreal, thanks to the METASTARS internationalisation service. Now we are reflecting on all experience and network gained, and planning to share the findings with SPACE4GEO and Copernicus Relays EU Space Networks, where we are an active member organisation. Nearly 2000 organisations that are represented in these networks are curious to hear about our findings about the Canadian market and our visit, and have invited us to share the findings in their remote meetings in June. Thanks to the METASTARS internationalisation service, we are in Canada! Day 1 of the Accessible Canada, Accessible World fair is finishing with networking where our CEO and business development manager are making new contacts and partnerships. 📣📣📣We are currently expanding to Canada. Thanks to the METASTARS project internationalisation service, we have been working on market analysis and contacting potential business partners. In the last week of May we are travelling to Canada to visit the Accessible Canada, Accessible World fair, and meet many new partners there. 🔔 Big announcement 🔜 Together with Eurisy we are hosting SpaceSUITE dissemination event. The topic of the event is: Skills Intelligence in the European Space Downstream Sector!

The event will focus on hashtag in the hashtag sector. The event will introduce a comprehensive assessment of the existing skills and skills gaps in this sector.

During the event, the results of the hashtag work on skills intelligence will be presented, along with upcoming project activities. This event is designed for:
⭐students interested in space-related careers and education,
⭐job seekers and professionals looking to enter or advance in the space downstream sector,
⭐academics involved in space-related research and education, and
⭐policymakers involved in space policy and strategy development.
All participants will be actively engaged in the discussions.

Today’s featured project partner is Phasegrowth, a leading private vocational education and training ( ) provider based in , with a strong focus on the European and sectors. As a member of the Copernicus Relays Network, Estonian Association of SME´s, and the Entrepreneurs Chamber (EERICA) representing over 100,000 entrepreneurs worldwide, is well-positioned to drive , , and collaboration in the rapidly evolving space industry.

Phasegrowth's mission is to bridge the gap between research and industry, providing cutting-edge and programs that address the specific needs of the European space sector, including renewable energy. With its multidisciplinary expertise in space and geospatial technologies, the company is committed to supporting the growth and competitiveness of the European space industry, fostering innovation, and preparing the workforce for the challenges of the future.

Within SpaceSUITE, Phasegrowth will contribute to WP2 on and sector skills strategy, particularly leading Task 2.3 related to the “Analysis of , gaps and mismatches”. It will provide requirements for outwards-facing tools and services under WP3 and contribute to the design, development and delivery of and training programmes under the implementation work packages. In particular, under WP5 it will lead Task 5.4 related to “Integrating skills”, while in WP6 it will lead the Task 6.5 related to the “Assessment of cooperation between academia and industry regarding HE, VET and emerging occupational profile”. It will also support dissemination and outreach activities under WP7 and WP8, and will organize an awareness raising event in Estonia in M6, besides a project progress meeting.
